Oracle JDeveloper is best IDE for SOA /Java Based solutions. as it has resources palette , connection to SVN ,GIT or any configuration management plugins within same IDE , Also it does have support for MDS which is best part you can deploy using Jdeveloper itself Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Your code for the development of algorithms is quite simple, in addition to having a simple interface for anyone programming from the beginning.
In addition to being considered the best Java programming environment, not to mention that you can program in PHP, HTML, XML, SQL, and other languages.
It should be emphasized that you can also program in Javascript, which is absolutely necessary in multiple companies, and that free development software allows you to develop plugins in this language opens doors for programmers who wish to start for a company. It does not have quick access to instruction commands like environments such as Greenfoot, however, for a programmer with basic knowledge, this is not a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Oracle always pulls out a wide variety of frameworks for programming language support. one of them is for the Java language. it contains the class structure and the necessary documentation to be able to implement its functions or make use of them. I'm very happy every time Oracle gets a big update. At present we can already use "lamdas" what in the work that I develop helps me a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe what I like the least about the system that Oracle has to get its software is that when you stumble upon a bug, it costs a lot to solve that task and can have you standing for days until you know that the problem is a bug. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a very good development environment, it can be used for Java, XML, HTML and other languages. I can create Java programs easily and quickly on my computer, so that they work later on any hardware platform. Its interface is very comfortable and intuitive so it is easy to understand every functionality of the JDeveloper.
What I like the most about its functionalities is that it has a group of integrated builders, wizards for the creation of new components, previsualizers and appropriate palettes, allowing developers an easy and sophisticated construction, multi-language interactive data forms, reports and graphics. .
Jdeveloer offers me the necessary tools for the creation of SOA services, generating the JCA for the operation of the service, it is something I do frequently in my current job and from the beginning I found it easy to use, which is why I liked it a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a high memory consuming tool. Just for web programming I prefer Eclipse to jDeveloper. Also the IDE short cuts are better in other tools like Eclipse and IntelliJ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration capability, Pipeline development, and Composite development (in addition to all the basic functions for an IDE) make Jdev the best in its class, not to mention the full stack plugins to integrate other technologies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
