If I need to describe it in short words, it is a place where task management is not a hassle at all. All complicated and technical processes are dealt with utmost care and efficiency. There are many things that I like about the Oracle E-Business suite those are :

1. Support from Oracle. Oracle extensively supports Oracle E-business Suite. Whenever we developers encounter a point of no return, we ask for help (blessings) from Oracle in the form of service requests. Oracle actively monitors the service requests and provides solutions.

2. Supports multiple application integrations. Oracle e-business suite offers gateways for the e-business suite o communicate with third-party applications and bolt-ons.

3. Oracle cloud infrastucture (OCI) roll outs. With the rolling out of OCI facility, organizations can lift and shift their database & application from on-prem infrastructure to OCI cloud.

4. Easy to maintain but requires real-time 24x7x365 IT support.

5. Best-suited ERP with a focus on core financials.

6. Upgrade facility by Oracle makes it easy for organizations to jump on to a newer version without doing a fresh implementation each time Oracle rolls out a new and higher version.

7. Modular approach, each module of the ERP is like a separate component. If you don't want to use that feature or your organization doesn't require a particular functionality, you need not install that module. Accordingly, the license price is determined.

8.Strong data coherency, consistency and data quality is an important aspect of Oracle E-Business suite.

Things/features in the Oracle e-business suite that I am not a great fan of are :

1. It is not beginners friendly. Even many pro users find the Oracle E-business suite challenging to work in.

2. The UI is a bit dated. Navigating the Oracle E-Business Suite is a hectic task. One needs to memorize specific paths to do transactions.

3. The Oracle E-Business Suite is a large ship with many departments. To provide Real-Time continuous support, you need to have resources with deep knowledge related to each department.

4. Oracle E-Business Suite has a large user base and support community. Still, for a fresher or a new beginner, there isn't enough learning material or open-source documents to learn the Oracle E-Business Suite.
