Integration with SFDC and seamless view to the users. Ease of use as they can launch the quote from their opportunities tab in SFDC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Solving where users do not have to go out of SFDC to go to Oracle eBS and configure/quote. Also, the information we can share with the field that provides opportunities for the field to see more information than they can today. What do you like best about Oracle CPQ?

The UI is intuitive and can be customized to your needs. Most of the logic can be handled via a simple data table, you also have standard integration into Salesforce, allowing your SFDC users to create opportunities and quote them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle CPQ?

Oracle still needs to improve the available interface for Oracle EBS (my understanding is this is coming soon in the next release). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
