What do you like best about Oracle CPQ?
Oracle CPQ Cloud is easily configurable, it's very flexible to the needs of our business. The SalesForce integration is easy to work with. From the users standpoint it is great that it incorporates the ability to generate a proposal and/or contract without having to use a third party. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Oracle CPQ?
Our corporation is subject to Sarbanes Oxley and pat of the restrictions applied are that developers are not permitted to have access to modify production code or configuration. Additionally we have administrators that regularly need to check data table data for accuracy or to troubleshoot. There is no way in Oracle CPQ to give an administrator, or developer, that needs to troubleshoot, read only access to the configuration or scripting.
From a user standpoint the limitation on searching, views and reporting is an ongoing issue. Users are accustom to SalesForce.com where all fields are searchable and reportable and get frustrated that this is not the case in Oracle CPQ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Oracle CPQ?
I like to work in Oracle CPQ bcz its very complex sales process but easy to handle and it also offers self service which helps me in generate custom quotes and accuracy is also increasing.It also protects my margins of errors and protects my all data at one place. What do you dislike about Oracle CPQ?
While working through cpq it takes more time to save folders and sync it and it loads up my work .Also in one case my data is losed ,faced performance issues,too much load in servers.It cannot take large setup and down the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the most helpful thing about using Oracle was the overall quality of the software. This software is very direct when it comes to the commands you enter to get certain information inputed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Oracle CPQ?
The downside to me was the different equations you had to learn in order to get certain materials ordered. The catalog that we utilized had over 20 thousand parts. It took me almost a year to get it down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
