What do you like best about OpusView?

While the platform comes loaded with plenty of templates, skills data, etc. to help spin up your skills management program, it's also incredibly customizable.

The system is also clearly designed with a great deal of intentionality, linking several different lists and data tables together for ease of navigation and reference.

In addition to the platform, the service we've receieved has always been above and beyond any expectations. From our initial demo, to simple implementation process, to feature requests that were implemented almost immediately - I've never experienced client-centric service like this with a service provider. What do you dislike about OpusView?

The platform favors function over form in some regards. While pages are consistently designed, and easy to navigate, there is a slight learning curve for first-time users, which may dissuade some users from opening up access to the platform itself to employees outside of an organization's admin team. What do you like best about OpusView?

After entering the skills, OpusView connected the data, and we had access to the skills information with a nice UI. We can determine which employees would benefit from receiving skill training by using the people analytics.

The intelligence cards display key data in metrics format. Specific metrics on retention are key for us. They indicate where in the workforce we have retention risks and growth opportunities. The OpusView tool is stacked with capabilities, and navigating around the sections is quite easy. The matrix and matches analytical views provide specific skill information on teams and individual employees.
