Optymyze has a lot of features that other commission tools like Synergy doesn’t have. But, it can be very confusing if you don’t know how to navigate the website. If a person hasn't been trained in the application, it might be hard to understand. It is down sometimes at the beginning of the month. There is a portfolio data portion that needs to be updated it has been over a month and no portfolio data has been added, I don't know if it is Optymyze or our guys.
