Its interface is quite easy to understand, in a matter of a few minutes I was able to understand in a simple way all the necessary fundamentals to manage with this application in a fairly fast and simple way, in addition to that it has helped me greatly to improve several internal processes of the company where I work, since I am the manager in the systems part and they always ask me to find accessible solutions to solve any performance problem that exists and Optymyze has given me good results so far in all areas in the ones that I have used (administration, sales, customer service, marketing ...) Optymyze has a lot of features that other commission tools like Synergy doesn’t have. But, it can be very confusing if you don’t know how to navigate the website. If a person hasn't been trained in the application, it might be hard to understand. It is down sometimes at the beginning of the month. There is a portfolio data portion that needs to be updated it has been over a month and no portfolio data has been added, I don't know if it is Optymyze or our guys.
