The natural connection with my assigned team – doesn’t feel like a "3rd party" - as well as access to their extended team resources. Although we are assigned a specific team, when we have projects that require additional expertise, they connect with their broader to team to garner the support we need, such as a developer, advice on a new tool or support for a technical interview. There isn't anything that comes to mind regarding the work we do together.

What truly sets Operatus apart is their unique focus on revenue operations. Other consultancies are typically focused traditional Salesforce functions and features. Their strategic approach to aligning Salesforce processes with our overall revenue goals has significantly impacted our business in a positive way. They were able to identify key areas where user experience improvements could be made, enhancing our overall revenue generation, and streamlining our processes.
Their team's dedication to understanding our specific business needs and challenges was impressive. They took the time to comprehensively analyze our existing processes, and their tailored solutions were instrumental in optimizing our revenue operations. I have found that some consultants are highly technical and require specific instructions to implement. What I like best about working with AW is that they understand and ask for context. We explain the broader goals of the strategic initiative, then work our way from reporting/KPI's needed to process and then how to implement in the tool.
This is especially valuable for teams new to Salesforce, who don't know what they need and, therefore, cannot ask for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing major that I can think of! I appreciate the excellent communication via slack, weekly email summaries and weekly syncs between our teams. If I had to nitpick, I would say that sometimes calendar availability is a couple of days out. The Team. Every team member I've engaged with has been highly professional. They are experts in their field. One massive advantage to working with Admin Within is that you get a unique perspective on SalesOps/RevOps "best practices" as the Admin Within team has purview into how other organizations are implementing these best practices and how they have solved similar problems. Working with Jeff and Mitchell on the Admin Within team has been a pleasure so far. They've gone out of their way to help us resolve multiple complex issues at once, and have always felt like partners in this project.
