We are an international company with several offices around the world. We understood that our colleagues in Australia sometimes don't have that many options yet to talk to available therapists, given the differen timezones. I notice the accessibility of the platform (via laptop and phone) really lowers the treshold for employees to try out the platform. The fact that it offers self check-ins, articles as well as 1-on-1 conversations makes the platform helpful for a wide range of preferences and needs. Other than that, from an HR perspective, OpenUp's monthly reports and customer support help us leverage the platform's offerings in ways that best fit our organization and needs. As HR Advisor, I'm very grateful that we can offer OpenUp to our employees. I only hear great and positive reactions from our employees. The fact that you can already plan a 1-1 chat with a psychologist withing a day is great. Next to that, they also offer a lot of interesting content.

OpenUp is very easy to use, implementing it doesn't cost any effort. OpenUp has a lot of content available for you to launch the tool.
