- It is very easy to make an online appointment with one of the therapists, no approval from the manager or HR is needed
- OpenUp is almost 24/7 avaiable, also in the weekends, for whenever our employees need someone to talk to

I notice the accessibility of the platform (via laptop and phone) really lowers the treshold for employees to try out the platform. The fact that it offers self check-ins, articles as well as 1-on-1 conversations makes the platform helpful for a wide range of preferences and needs. As HR Advisor, I'm very grateful that we can offer OpenUp to our employees. I only hear great and positive reactions from our employees. The fact that you can already plan a 1-1 chat with a psychologist withing a day is great. Next to that, they also offer a lot of interesting content.
OpenUp is very easy to use, implementing it doesn't cost any effort. OpenUp has a lot of content available for you to launch the tool.

For my taste, there is sometimes too much talk about the topic of "lifestyle." This does not always align with the (shared) direction. "Mental health" or "mental well-being" would be more acceptable terms for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
