Its a great asset tracking service with features like license management, cost optimization & the UI is very user friendly. You can generate detailed reported for audit. The resources from OpenText & documentation is very helpful, during troubleshooting or while looking for something new. It integrates so well with tools like ServiceNow, which makes it even more efficient. The implementation is also flawless with devices & software discovered automatically without requiring user intervention. You can check warranty for a device to determine next step for repair making it your go to app for any hardware related issues. You can also monitor software inventory to ensure compliance. What do you dislike about OpenText Zenworks Asset Management?

It's a bit complex for first time users. Sometimes the reports, if they are very detailed, will cause performance issues. The license is a bit costly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its what midway of tech and legal and administrative requirements which is often ignored and that later comes withdamages.
