The best ticketing tool available around the market is MicroFocus Service Request Management Software. I have been using it since the past year and have used two modules namely Incident Management & Change Management. The form creation for ticket creation is quite simple, hassle-free, and easy to understand, and since it is all database-related data storage and data loss prevention is quite good. And since it is a workflow-based ticketing system the user can create as many scenarios as required and it will work fine. The UI for the client should be a little better, many times there are UI-related glitches and then you need to restart the whole application.
