I like the combination of convenience and security. Signal is a transparent instant messaging solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Signal application the most out of all other applications that are used for chatting or sharing media, etc, because Signal is unique from others with its well-secured mode of sending messages. We get full privacy in our conversations and that is very important and beneficial especially when sending confidential information or media through messages. There is nothing I dislike about the signal application, although its for mobile devices and requires us first to have the application used and installed on mobile before we can link it to laptops or computers, eitherways its okay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When in a chat, if you set messages to disappear, the other user can turn them back on suddenly.
I was going to send a password to someone, and they kept turning disappearing chat off as I typed my password. I eventually turned it on again and hit send, but they turned it back on right before my password was sent in the chat. It was frustrating to me that I couldn't control my own message and make it a disappearing message.
Signal should prevent that type of behavior, or at least put a cooldown and give one person complete control of the message they want to disappear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Messages are more secured and options they have. I like the Graphics so much. It's very focused on what I need to do.No no distractions like other apps on statuses are a bunch of useless things. Mainly No fake messages or forwards Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can also turn on or off SMS and MMS feature to utilize it as a default messaging application
The privacy policies and terms and conditions are safe and easy to understand
You can customize the appearance of the application by them, default language, and other options
You can even manage network data and storage from the app itself
And the linked devices option allows you to add a new device to utilize Signal in various devices with the same account and I have to mention that most of the social messaging applications fail to include this option hence we have to use it in a parallel space. The only thing I don't like is Signal doesn't have Starred Messages option like Whatsapp, if that is available then no other apps can compete Signal and it is too good to use for communicating across countries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
