Since the devastating Russian invasion of Ukraine, our company has faced a challenge as people fled from war-torn areas of Ukraine to different countries. With our loved ones scattered across the globe, our traditional approach of personally selecting and presenting gifts became unfeasible.

In search of a new and ideal solution to bring them happiness, we found andOpen, our trustworthy partner in this journey. andOpen's on-demand gifting service has been an absolute game-changer for us. Previously, we took great care in choosing presents, wrapping them, and signing heartfelt cards ourselves. However, given the circumstances, it seemed impossible to maintain that personal touch. Thankfully, andOpen came to our rescue, offering the perfect solution.

What do you like best about &Open?

I used &Open's on demand platform to give gifts to my team this Christmas.

The platform was exceptionally easy to use, the selection of gifts allowed me to choose items for my team that I knew they would appreciate and use. All in a matter of minutes.

What do you like best about &Open?

The team in &Open really took the time to understand our brand, our needs and our gifting goals. They cultivated several gifting options and even designed some bespoke pieces for our top-tier options which all really reflected our brand.

Historically we'd reserved &Open for our more expensive upper-echelon gifting opportunities, and the fact that they not only provide that, but are expanding into some of the equally important and transactional 'swag' level options is great, and means we can displace other vendors we've had to keep until now.

What do you dislike about &Open?

The top tier bespoke gifting from &Open is unmatched, but runs expensive. It's worth it, but meant it needed to be reserved for key opportunities with your key accounts, with other vendors being required for most other gifting opps.

What problems is &Open solving and how is that benefiting you?

&Open solves a common use case in a really uncommon way. In B2B Saas, there's a normalised distance between you and your customer. Breaking through this digital barrier in any way you can does a lot to humanise your brand and solidify relationships in a way that shows you care about the customer experience.

Doing this from scratch is difficult, and working with &Open means you can leverage the minds, hearts and creativity of folks who care as a career. What do you like best about &Open?

The interface is extremely user friendly (especially after the recent upgrade) and I love how I can send gifts withing just 2 minutes. What do you dislike about &Open?

I don't think there is any specific downside, the only thing I would imrpove is the gift offer based on price range, I would offer more options at a lower price point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

&Open has helped to optimised staff gitings and has made the overall 'procedure' more efficient. I look after staff engagement and recognition and part of the role is to look after staff giftings - before discovering &Open I used to spend over 10 minutes/ employee when organising giftings. With &Open the time has now dropped to 2 minutes. Another extremely useful feature has been the satisfaction survey, I find this tool very useful and it helps me better understand what the team like and dislike. What do you like best about &Open?

&Open was simple to use and has a wide array of gifts. One cool feature is that we can pick a few options and let our client decide. They also don't have to share their address with us directly. What do you like best about &Open?

I've been working with &Open for a couple of years now and have collaborated with them on various projects. The size of the projects have ranged from gifting 10 people to a few thousand people. &Open does a great job of offering an array of products that feel very elevated. The gifts I've developed with them have turned out beautifully -- they always feel thoughtfully curated from the packaging to the content inside. What do you like best about &Open?

It's a smooth and easy process to send gifts to customers, employees, partners that are spread out across the globe. For the receiver, it feels like a really high quality experience from email recieved to gift opened.

Nice variety of swag vendors that have been vetted and well thought out. Appreciate that quality and sustainability are an emphasis.

What do you dislike about &Open?

Gifts at a lower price point would make the barrier to entry / continued use of the platform easier, especially for small companies.

For us, we don't have a need to send any gifts that aren't branded. To see more of a variety of clothing/branded items would be great. That being said, the team always works to source exactly what you need if they don't already have it available!

We have employees and customers dispersed across the world so wanted an easy way to send welcome/thank you gifts. The company also meets up quarterly in person and swag is a big and fun part of this experience. We were looking for a vendor we could partner with for both use cases. Buildling a relationship with the team and knowing that it would be both quality swag and a quality experience for the recipient were really important. &Open also handles all the shipping logistics which allows us to relax for our events and customer gifts.
