But as you would expect even the greatest software has small details, which is not only to be a perfect system, but to be able to have errors and know how to handle them and correct them, in this case I want to talk about the consistent detail that consists of the bad programming of the system that when wanting to use a plan of systematic reform, in several opportunities the program gets stuck and stops, which consequently closes the platform, which evidently manages to cause a high index of dissatisfaction and bad qualifications that the users raise when seeing that the system does not work correctly, for that reason this error must be corrected as soon as possible. I like this product because it is very comprehensive, especially the automation feature, it is very easy to use when it comes to multi-process automation, reporting and the ability to manage projects is one of the plus points of this great tool as well as being customizable is perfect. The problem that I have realized that OPCON presents is in its method of translation to languages other than English, in which in spite of having made the translation, still appear paragraphs in English whose problem can cause great dissatisfaction on the part of the users, since if the platform does not present its information in the best and possible way, the users will not like its operation, since it is not allowed to understand fully how this program works.
