Updates are often and sometimes breaking. They need more QA. There was a very breaking issue with .net framework when using sage exchange. However the website still works flawlessly and has been very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sleek layout allows you to find what you want with minimum fuss. Ability to customise different users functions and permissions so that they can only access certain screen and functions. Easy to integrate with 3rd party software as well as multiple merchant accounts, banks and payment providers. Also comes with a free screen tool which fraud checks payments as they come in. Fraud checking portal and support can at times take a long time to respond to queries/issues. Not sure if this is just my experience but SagePay is unable to score PayPal payments accurately which means we need to open our PayPal account to check these transactions. When it works, it works well. Simplifies matching payments to invoices. If multiple credit card transactions are processed in a given day, the total amount is shown as a lump sum in your bank account. Combining Sage Payment Solutions with Sage 50 or other Sage accounting software simplifies the process by automatically recording and matching the payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesn't always work. There are occasions where the integration doesn't work. Far less than when the product was rolled out, but it does happen. While it's not a huge issue, it can be frustrating and does require someone pay attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Had some issues with multicurrency integration.
- Not too keen on having to have two merchant ids for online moto payments and frontend ecom, other systems can run off the same merchant id.
