The ease of use in Docuphase has made our team process disbursements in a quick manner. This is a high volume process and we are sumbitting requests for funds every day. Moreover, Docuphase has the ability for a client portal, meaning that our clients can submit disbursement requests through that and it really helps with our workload, instead of scanning files manually.
Another thing that is helping our business is the capability for record storing. Everything gets scanned quickly and goes into the right record with a barcode, which is something that was easily implemented by our IT team to integrate with our processing teams.
Whenever there are issues, the DocuPhase customer support team is available to sort the things out.

Convenience and flexibility with creating UDLs (User Defined lists).
How tightly DocuPhase integrated with Scandox, Xtracting & other inbuilt services.

It would be better to have more advanced free training videos for Forms & Workflow implementations.
