Onetrust provides different modules like Cookie Banner (compliance with global laws), consent management, running data assessments, data mapping & data governance, which really helps organizations to utilize and uncover the unstructured and huge data lying across their organization and also helps to improve the third party data governance, control and mitigate risks. What do you like best about OneTrust Third-Party Management?

Ability to quickly create/customize templates with logic, and create alternate workflows. API integrations with other solutions are possible. OT seems to be focusing on building out the TPRM module for more functionality and using customer recommendations for development which is a big plus. Integrated Power BI environment for reporting, greatly expands reporting options. Customer success manager and OT support are top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneTrust Third-Party Management?

Nonexistent UAT to production sync - on the roadmap tho. APIs for engagement attributes are lackluster so far. Currently you must manually create engagement attributes, there isn't a bulk import template for engagement inventory items yet. What do you dislike about OneTrust Third-Party Management?

It doesn't have good RBAC functionalities in place. We are facing so much challenge while creating new user whith specific access without admin rights. Also the UI is not that much user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is make life easier for GRC people, we can have everything at one place like risk register, organisation policies, Project management. Also you can provide the access to management and limited users for the visibility. Also you can showcase this to the auditors to give overview of organisational policy. Planetly helps us successfully calculate our company carbon footprint (scope 1-3) with certified standards. This provides us with transparency regarding our caused emissions, allows us to define suitable measures to reduce our carbon footprint year over year, and to offset the emissions we cannot (yet) avoide.
