The amount of resources and assitance in using them molded to our company's materials model was fantastic. I could have gone as fast as I wanted to in order to get through the entire process. Nick is great to work with and is always available for my myriad of "layperson" questions since I do not come from a Materials Science background. Their UI/UX is also very user-friendly. What makes One Click LCA stand out is the low threshold to get started due to the good onboarding program (online course + calls with mentor) and the user-friendly interface. Also after the onboarding course, OCL's customer support team is available on short term with LCA/EPD advice that goes beyond the functionalities of the tool. Some entries are imposed and do not allow LCA processing in different scenarios: for example, in end-of-life you can choose only landfill, do nothing, or some percentage of recycled, not a mix of these, nor different recycling percentages.
