What do you like best about One Call Now?

It's a simple tool that any company could use. our company used it to send internal text group, so we can all keep updated about events, meetings, sells needs.

my past company used this product to send internal text and group message.

We used to have a big problem to stay in touch in our differents business units, and this tools helped us to fix this issue.

What do you like best about One Call Now?

I like that it is easy to export from our database (ChildPlus) all of our contacts and contact's information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about One Call Now?

How difficult it is to set up for an export. I am not very tech savvy so the initial set up was difficult. Fortunatly, One Call Now had good customer service to help us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is One Call Now solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to contact ALL 170+ families for our Preschool at a drop of a hat. Sometimes this can be a phone call, a text or an email, One Call Now makes it very easy to do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about One Call Now?

This is a good program for texting a large amount of people in one go (for example, to send offers to people). You can also o voice messages if you wish, and it is easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about One Call Now?

It can be quite expensive and the voice messages can be not very personal if you are sending the same message to everyone. That is why we do not use the voice feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering One Call Now:

It is a good way to message a large amount of people, but I would prefer to call people individually as I find it generates more leads Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
