What do you dislike about One Call Now?

It may have been bc of our small size firm - but the onboarding/set-up process was more challenging than expected (based from another larger firm we know using it) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering One Call Now:

The size of your organization (particularly if you have "in-house" IT). And while we heard it was extremeley user friendly - it is like w/any new work software - we are learning it as we go. I definitely recommend it but knowing at the start that if you don't have an in-house Tech dept - it just may take longer to master set up etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about One Call Now?

if you have ever had to manage a telephone calling committee, you will know right away the value of One Call Now as soon as you start to use it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about One Call Now?

I don't know that, at this point, there is anything that I dislike about the system. I have experienced no real problems with it. Other than having some parishioners call and say that we called them and what did we want, then having to explain the system to them, there have been few problems. We need to change the name that comes up when the calls go out. We have a new pastor and the name that comes up with the call, which was not what we would have liked, is confusing to our people Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is One Call Now solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have two churches associated with our parish, each with many different groups that need to be notified of meetings, changes, etc. If we were to try to make calls to all of the people who need to be notified of something, we would need a person just dedicated to making calls. And in addition, many of our parishioners work during the daytime and so we are unable to reach them during our working hours. Also, just trying to find someone who is willing to spend so much of their time making calls is nigh on to impossible in this day and age. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about One Call Now?

The ease to use of the system. Very simple to train others. And I like the ability to send messages to your students with my voice as well as sending to phone, text, and email all at the same time. I also like that the system takes care of people who want to opt out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about One Call Now?

I don't like how short the time is before I get kicked out. I would also like the message time to be a little longer than 45 seconds, but neither of those things are deal breakers for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One Call allows us to quickly send messages to a group of students in multiple ways, which makes it easier for us to keep in contact with our students. What do you like best about One Call Now?

Ability to contact all members or specific groups with one phone call. We regularly use for Prayer Chain Group Notifications and all member announcements. I have no frame of reference for competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about One Call Now?

Technical issues with isolated users, Call Drop, repeating introduction announcements. I am not sure how to resolve from a technical basis. More Communication of the recall number to retrieve the last message for users would be great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is One Call Now solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the days of Covid, All church messages are vital and work well. Our Prayer Chain Group gets the urgent message out easily and timely. It saves an enormous amount time and effort. The old way was manual with the group separated into several teams and participants had to call the members of their team. The biggest problem I encountered prior to One Call was the lack of communicating things such as electrical outages, water main breaks, etc, to the residents of Georgetown. Since using ONE CALL, the complaint calls have dropped over 98 percent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Not enough characters for the text messaging portion of the service. Another 20-25 characters to add would help immensely!!!!
