What do you like best about Onde?

As a non-technical user of the Onde system, I found the interfaces very easy to use, and I was able to launch the applications in just two months. I am highly impressed with the speed of their support; they respond within 15 minutes, and any issue I report is either resolved quickly or I am provided with step-by-step solutions. Onde has made it easy for me to enter the ride-sharing sector, and its key features include referral programs, driver plans, and driver levels. Everything happens quickly with them. What do you dislike about Onde?

Onde provided me with modern transportation apps for both drivers and customers, along with a comprehensive system that includes all trip reports and driver and customer management. 1- A light, flexible and easy-to-use application.

2- The support team is quick to respond 24 hours a day.

3- ONDE always seeks continuous modernization and development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Onde?

1- Difficulty integrating with local electronic wallets.

2- It is not possible to make a call between the customer and the driver without showing the number.

3- It is not possible to transfer from the customer’s wallet to the driver’s wallet and vice versa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Onde?

Onde unifies it all, beginning with the drivers’ and passengers’ applications and extending to dispatch and marketing. The apps also branded for drivers and passengers give my business a professional look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Onde?

One of the issues I have faced it is the poor connectivity with the automated fare collection systems. This implies that I still need to have another means of handling payments which may prove cumbersome to the drivers and the passengers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
