What I like best about Digimind is having the keyword automation rules that can easily help us mapped out the mentions to several topics that we can digest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Onclusive Social?

The cap of mentions is very limiting in some way that we have to set up strict filters to weed out the conversations to achieve below the mentions cap. Moreover, the ability to backtracking conversations would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The consultant helped us a lot the first 4 months optimizing the queries so the data collected was more accurate. They also helped us to better anlyse and extract conclusions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
