What do you like best about Onclusive Social?

I like that Digimind combines social listening with search keyword monitoring as this helps with our overall media strategy and planning along with social monitoring. It's a simple and user friendly tool. It's great that the queries can be customized effectively and Digimind is quite flexible to make changes to suit our needs. I also like the visual interface which can be easily shared internally or downloaded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Onclusive Social?

The dashboards can get a bit clunky at times and it can take several attempts to set them right up but once set up they are easy to maintain. The Digimind team is also always there to help with set up which is a huge help. Also the tool doesn't automatically provide access to historical data unless there is a special customized back end input which comes at an additional cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Onclusive Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Understanding the brand's sentiment from the customer's point of view for a brand new to the B2C category. 1) "Classification" feature allows you to filter down the mentions very quickly

2) Easy input screen for multiple boolean queries

1) Very slow in loading when the volume of mentions increase

2) Cannot disable mentions coming in from unidentified countries

What do you like best about Onclusive Social?

I use Digimind for tracking news and social channels for a handful of tech clients. The accuracy of Digimind's tracking capabilities is unmatched in my opinion. I love the ability to "delete like mentions." The key concepts word cloud has proven to be exceptionally helpful for perception purposes. It's great to show our clients what words are associated with their name, especially with clients in the security space. In security, associated words with other tools tend to be overwhelmingly negative due to the subject matter. Digimind allows us to eliminate inaccuracies for true results. The overall interface is also extremely user friendly. It didn't take any time to get familiar with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Onclusive Social?

Overall share of voice analytics are more accurate than any tool I've ever used, but I would like to see more visuals to accompany the data. Perhaps pie charts for a clearer visual understanding of the competitive landscape. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Onclusive Social?

I reviewed Digimind Social for a publication, and I found it easy and fun to work with. I liked that the interface and functions can be customized, and that users can select from a huge variety of filters. The visual interface gives a quick high-level overview, and users can then drill down to get exactly the data they need. I am also a fan of the integration with social media platforms – staff can respond to tweets etc from inside Digimind Social. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Onclusive Social?

Being an analyst myself, I believe that it would be useful to be able to download more raw data. The reports that the software creates are great, and really good for an executive overview, but oftentimes we want to work with raw data and manipulate it to suit our needs. Since I haven't worked with Digimind Social in a business setting, I can't really speak to this. What do you like best about Onclusive Social?

Digimind Social combines classic social listening techniques (e.g., social media platforms) and gives insights on search.

Digimind Social provides a high level of customization/flexibility and is very responsive.

Digimind Social is very user friendly.

Overall, I am very satisfied by the flexibility that Digimind Social offers for my purposes. It is a great tool to generate novel insights that managers can act on in order to meet strategic goals. One important pre-requisite for any company aiming to do social listening is to have a clear understanding of the goals it would like to achieve by using Digimind Social. The tool offers great insights that then need to be integrated into strategic thinking (e.g., understanding company reputation; performing competitive or industry analyses etc.).
