I use Digimind for tracking news and social channels for a handful of tech clients. The accuracy of Digimind's tracking capabilities is unmatched in my opinion. I love the ability to "delete like mentions." The key concepts word cloud has proven to be exceptionally helpful for perception purposes. It's great to show our clients what words are associated with their name, especially with clients in the security space. In security, associated words with other tools tend to be overwhelmingly negative due to the subject matter. Digimind allows us to eliminate inaccuracies for true results. There is so much to like about this tool. First and foremost, the support staff. You are assigned a primary contact. In my case, it was Holly. No question was too small for her, even if I asked the same question several times. She was endlessly patient, knowledgeable, and always available for a call. SHe's a master at the tool. Based on your needs and the data you want to capture, there is a good chance she'll create a report for that.
I liked that you can:

- Track influencers (I added ours to a Twitter lists to engage them on Twitter)
- 'Save' and sort messages to select only the ones that matter to you
