What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?

Great features such as the form builder and checklists, and they're so receptive to feedback and able to customize to the need of your company. Another great feature is the Workmates section. It creates a positive area where HR can post important announcements and where team members can share moments of gratitude and build up each other. What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?

The perform section doesn't let you delete or edit assigned reviews which can be frustrating for managers, and attaching images or PDFs to an announcement isn't great. Another recommendation and this may be specific to our organization is improving the permissions of supervisors, so they're able to edit their entire hierarchy's tasks. And there are occasional bugs, but it's to be expected and they're always fixed quickly. To my knowledge, the remaining issues are actively being worked on. New hire paperwork tracking and status has been an enormous benefit. Another benefit is that new hires can complete their tasks on their own through the app or website. What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?

As an active user of this software, Onboard by HR Cloud has really helped us develop a much smoother and faster on-boarding process. It is user friendly and offers a wide range of flexible options when it comes to implementing company specific on-boarding tasks and documents. What I like the most about Onboard by HR Cloud is how easy it is to implement with it's adaptability and innovation. Despite having a very detailed and industry specific step by step process, every single one of our requests were able to be met and allowed us to start using Onboard by HR Cloud within a few weeks of implementation. If you are looking to use Onboard by HR Cloud, I would recommend you to voice what it is that you are looking for and need out of the software. Onboard by HR Cloud is very good at meeting requests and working with you to make sure the on-boarding process is as smooth as possible.

The biggest benefits we have realized by implementing Onboard by HR Cloud is a more streamlined on-boarding process that has allowed candidates to onboard much faster and easier, which has in turn led to an increase in potential candidates completing our extensive onboard process. What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?

I love the portal feature and the ability to "paint" a picture of the organization prior to the employees first day. HR Cloud really lets you brand yourself to the employee in the early stages of hiring. I also really love their electronic documents and how clean the formatting is.

Grga, our implementation manager, was beyond supportive and very attentive to our needs with deep knowledge of the system. We could not have asked for better support during implementation and ongoing support after the product went live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?

We have it built in with ADP so it has its set backs. However, those set backs are from an ADP side rather than a HR Cloud side. There is nothing I dislike as we understood what the product what before delivering it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed to solve the long process of emailing documentation and having everything go through one email address rather than a transparent system. Our employees have returned their onboarding documents roughly 70% faster by having everything electronic. What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?

I love how time saving the process is for on-boarding individuals. Everything is in one place and I am able to monitor the progress of each step. I also like how it easily connects with additional platforms such as ADP to quickly store all of our information with us having to key in each individual new hire. The product is highly customizable and we are able to cater the platform to our specific organizational needs. This has significantly cut down the time it takes to onboard an individual.It makes everything simple for the HR team, the new employee and the managers. What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?

The Onboard app is really good and efficient, I love it how easy it is to navigate and how customisable it gets. Our Onboarding process improved a lot since we started using it.

Our Account Manager Grga Kordić is a prime example of how customer support/success should work. He takes the extra mile when it comes to any single question and he's always patient with everything we ask about. He adds 100% extra value to the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?

It is relatively easy to add or create forms in the system. Being able to store that information after is very helpful. The automation is helpful, though not perfect. Most importantly, we are now able to get employee information into our systems in advance which provides more time for training on the 1st day rather than just doing paperwork. Additionally, the employee is adding the information (e.g. SSN, Direct deposit, taxes, etc.) so, there is less room for error where before, the employee was completing a paper form, turning it into HR and we then had to manually key it into ADP - lots of room for error. The last thing I want to mention is the implementation team. They are fantastic! They not only know they system but they are incredible problem solvers who are able to take a clients needs and (most of the time) find a way to make it work. What's even better is that once the implementation is over, that team stays with you and converts over to your support team. I love that continuity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?

The integration with ADP is a little clunky, mostly because of limitations that ADP sets. For example, we have some employees who left and then returned to the Company within 1 year. We would like to recognize their previous service but, ADP only allows HR Cloud to "see" the rehire date. It would be more helpful to see the original hire date and the rehire date or, if nothing else, the credited service date. Everything in HR Cloud is very linear which makes it easy to set up but, if there is a contingency for a specific group, a different workflow has to be set up and manually launched. For example, in Canada, we have to provide all documents in both French and English however, the system only allows for one document to be attached to a specific task. Make sure that you have your processes in place before beginning implementation. The implementation team is incredible at problem solving but, you have to give them guidelines. At the same time, be flexible. The "old" way may not work as well once you move to an online, automated platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Onboard by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, all employee forms were turned in on the 1st day which meant we couldn't add anyone to ADP before that. If there was an issue with the forms or documents (i.e. for the I-9) everything was pushed back further. This meant that everything downstream took longer (i.e. enrolling in benefits). This allows us to have more information, which the employee inputs eliminating the need for us to retype what they enter, at an earlier point in the post-offer/onboarding phase. The downsides of HR Cloud are really minor inconveniences, such as:

-- Inability to sort by last name in some of the apps;

What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?

We are saving paper and therefore trees. We are getting new hire paperwork in real time and are also saving costs on having to overnight and or email hard copies of new hire paperwork in the mail. What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?

It is easy to use and save lost of time. How easy you can customize the tasks is great.The customer service is fab, usually fast to response and always offering the best solution. There is always room for improvement. That would be great to have implemented E-Verify within HR Cloud as this would save lot of time during the Onboarding process. What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?

The team at HR Cloud was incredibly helpful in setting up our Onboard work flow so that is functions exactly how we'd envisioned. We were looking for a system that would have a lot of flexibility with being able to have many different types of forms, different levels of approvals/contributions, and also ability for pictures and videos. This system meets all of those needs a more. My company has multiple locations and we have been able to configure an onboarding portal unique to each campus to tailor the new hire experience. We have also been able to integrate with our ATS so that new hires flow straight into HR Cloud, saving a lot of data entry time.

I have also had feedback from new hires on how easy it was to set up their profiles and fill out forms. Plus, HR Cloud keeps up with government forms updates for you so you don't have to worry about missing an update! They have the functionality to tie I-9s directly into your E-verify site to automatically submit those cases (my organization hasn't been able to configure this due to multiple sites, but it is an amazing feature). We had several small kinks to work out with workflows, making sure the tasks were flowing to the correct people. It has been very easy to fix and the HR Cloud team has been available to either make the fix for us or walk us through how to make it happen.
