**What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

What I like most about HR Cloud Onboard is how much it simplifies the onboarding process. The system is straightforward to use and keeps everything organized, which saves time and cuts down on unnecessary back-and-forth.

Their support team has also been excellent. Antonela, in particular, has been especially helpful, very responsive and easy to work with. Having someone who genuinely helps you get the most out of the platform makes a big difference.

**What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

One downside is that there can be some hiccups during the initial implementation, especially when setting up workflows or getting everything configured the first time. That said, the service team is very responsive and helpful, so any issues we ran into were resolved pretty quickly.

**What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

Our experience with HR Cloud has truly been second to none. The platform offers a highly intuitive HRIS onboarding module with strong workflow automation, configurable onboarding templates, and digital forms management. It is structured in a clear, user-friendly way, making it easy to customize for different departments, roles, and compliance requirements. The system also supports paperless onboarding, e-signatures, and centralized employee data management, which has significantly streamlined our processes.

Bruno Ruzik, our integrations director. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with, both personally and professionally. His deep expertise in HR system integrations, API connectivity, and implementation strategy ensured a seamless rollout. His responsiveness and problem-solving approach made a meaningful difference in optimizing our onboarding workflows.

Having used several other platforms in the past, including tools focused on applicant tracking systems (ATS) and onboarding software, I can confidently say that HR Cloud stands out across the board. It has been a true game-changer for us, reducing manual onboarding workload by over 50%, improving HR process automation, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

It was an easy onboarding process. We felt completely supported ever step of the way. We worked with Antonela, and she was always available and able to answer any questions we had. I do not remember the last time we received such great customer service! Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a way to make onboarding efficient and digital.

So far, we haven’t found anything to dislike. We’re completely happy with it.

**What problems is Onboard by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HR Cloud has streamlined our onboarding process. We now have a one-stop shop for all paperwork, policies, training videos, and required documents, which is saving us an average of 2 hours per new employee. It has also given us a better way to organize employee accountability. We are able to communicate important policy changes in real-time with our staff and our employees are able to sign those changes (with time stamps). Our new hires also provided feedback that they too find it easy to use and enjoyed the format.

It’s an all-in-one tool with tons of ready-made templates and workflows. You get everything you need to run consistent onboarding across teams and locations, forms, checklists, task automation, and easy tracking. For managing hires and getting folks up to speed, it’s really handy.

Sometimes integrations or external data feeds don’t validate perfectly, which can dent confidence when syncing records. The UI is nice, but a bit more interactivity and polish would make it even better.

I dislike most of the platform features as they are not future forward or easy to use. What I dislike most is the lack of accountability from HR Cloud. When errors or mistakes happen on their end, the always blame someone else and never take accountability.

HR Cloud is relatively easy to navigate and the team, including my account manager, are very responsive and quick to help resolve any issues! It's the perfect onboarding system for our team of 60 employees. It's customizable and pretty user friendly!

There is nothing specific that I dislike about HR Cloud! Sometimes I don't know how to do something, but I am able to find a resource online, use the chat feature or connect with my account manager quickly.

Prior to HR Cloud, my company was scanning and sending onboarding paperwork through email. HR Cloud allows us to easily have paperwork sent directly to employees and sent back to us for review.

**What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

The flexibility of the platform is a standout feature -- it can be configured to meet a wide variety of business needs, and that adaptability has made it much easier for our team to integrate it into our workflows. HR Cloud also stands out for the support behind it. Bruno Ruzic and Goran Marusic have been incredible partners: responsive, flexible, thoughtful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their expertise,  attention to detail and willingness to collaborate on things like custom integrations and added functionality have helped us feel like a valued partner rather than just another client.

I also want to call out Lea Rakic, who stepped in seamlessly while Bruno was out of office. Even though she wasn’t assigned to our account, she provided thorough, timely support and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks — which really speaks to the strength of the team overall.

**What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

Like any platform that's growing and evolving, there are still a few minor bugs and interface quirks to work through. That said, the team is highly responsive to feedback and continuously improving the product, which makes these issues easier to navigate. I wouldn't call any of them dealbreakers — just areas to watch as the platform matures.

**What problems is Onboard by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HR Cloud is helping us streamline and automate the onboarding process for our high-volume hiring needs — we bring on between 1,000–2,000 part-time employees each year, and the previous process was becoming too manual to keep up with. We had adapted HubSpot for onboarding workflows, even though it wasn’t designed for HR use. That meant a lot of back-and-forth emails, manual tracking, and duplicated data entry between systems like HubSpot and ADP.

HR Cloud has replaced that with a much more scalable and efficient setup: tasks are auto-assigned via mobile and web checklists, progress is tracked automatically, and reminders go out via SMS and app notifications. The integration with ADP has also eliminated the need for onboarding specialists to manually create profiles, letting new hires move through the process more independently. It's been a major time-saver and a smoother experience for everyone involved.

**What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

Some of the upsides to using the HR Cloud are that you are able to have all of your onboarding and prospective employees all in one spot at your fingertips. You are able to track and assign different tasks to your employees as needed and can set system reminder for when items or documents are about to go out of date so your employees can update any items as needed before they expire. The site is easy to navigate and use, and if you are every confused about anything, the customer services from the staff working at the HR Cloud is very helpful getting any answers you might need! We use this on a daily basis and HR Cloud makes it easy to integrate our candidates into ADP when getting them loaded for payroll. Overall a great site to help with all of your personnel needs!

**What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

The only downside for the HR Cloud can be the overall cost if you have a larger company and are onboarding many candidates. The price is renewed on a yearly basis based on how many active users are on your account. You can negotiate a little on pricing, but they don't look kindly on removing inactive users right before a renewal.

**What problems is Onboard by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to keep track of what items every employee will need when initially onboarding. It also helps us keep track of when certain items might be expiring and we can set reminders a month or so before they do expire so we don't go out of compliance.

Without a doubt, the best thing about HR Cloud for me is our Account Manager, Bruno. It's clear that he has a lot of experience working with this tool and has extensive knowledge of it. He always tries to provide the best solution to any problem. Additionally, he is very patient and has supported us a lot throughout the entire rollout of the tool within the company

**What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

What I like the least is that the mobile version is very limited. I also don’t like that when impersonating an employee to run tests, they receive notifications all the time, and this cannot be removed.
On the other hand, I think the roles need to be rethought, as I’m not entirely convinced with how they work and the level of security each one has. I believe it’s a good tool, but it could be even more complete.

**What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

The most helpful thing about using HR Cloud is working directly with my Senior Account Manager, Bruna Nazor. Not only is she patient, but she is also very knowledgeable and willing to help us brainstorm through challenges that we may face with client requests. Additionally, Bruna completes requests quickly and makes herself available when I have an urgent need to meet with her.

We really took the necessary time to understand the system capabilities and share use cases with Bruna. Because of these preliminary discussions, the implementation has been smooth, and we have been able to utilize features that were previously not available to our clients. It's also been possible to create reports that can be imported directly into the payroll system, eliminating the need to manually key in that data. What a time saver!

Our business exclusively supports HR departments within school systems. We continuously assess whether we are optimizing system capabilities and if the current technology continues to meet our clients' needs. Knowing that this portal will make managing onboarding so much easier and quicker for HR staff to fill vacancies and issue contracts sealed the deal! The excitement to share our migration to HR Cloud was hard to contain until we completed the entire feasibility process. Now, we are shouting from the rooftops how great it is to use this technology.

The only downside we have experienced is the time difference.

As a consulting firm, we focus on solutions that on maximize efficiency and improve processes. This system enables our clients to quickly and seamlessly complete tasks related to onboarding new hires and managing contracts for existing certified employees. HR Cloud is more user-friendly than our previous system, with built-in parameters that significantly reduce errors and rework.

**What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

Automation! Our old process required us to manually track completion of certain tasks, and manually email reminders to people delinquent on their requirements. For the end user, our old process meant that they needed to dig through long, detailed emails with multiple attachments and links to find the info they needed. With HR Cloud, the onboarding setup and reminder/notification email setup was a breeze, and the "set it and forget it" aspect is going to be a HUGE timesaver. Better yet, the end user experience is  much more modern, succinct, and easier for them to navigate. SUCH a great tool for our onboarding tasks!

**What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

There aren't many downsides I can think of...I suppose the ability to have multiple due dates for the same checklist (depending on trigger date) would be a helpful addition. I also would prefer that the complex tasks were visually more compact on the end-user's timeline. If they were, I would have used those for a few tasks that had multiple attachments. Alternatively, allowing more than one attachment on a simple task would fix that problem.

**What problems is Onboard by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not enough time for manual tracking of completion status; not enough time to follow up with those delinquent on required tasks; not a streamlined onboarding experience. HR Cloud fixes all of that and I estimate will save approximately 2 weeks worth of time each onboarding season.

Our employee onboarding process was missing a streamlined onboarding platform for candidate experience. HR Cloud was a great solution to bridge that gap. We only used the minimal functionality this platform had to offer because we only needed a better candidate experience through the pre-employment process, but our rep was incredibly helpful in adjusting the standard system process as much as possible to ensure the system fit everything we needed.

Implementation was easy, and the software was simply inserted into our day-to-day process. It is incredibly user-friendly, and I highly recommend it.

Due to using only a faction of what HR Cloud has to offer, there isn't anything we disliked about the platform.

Amazing Customer Service. Our account manager always gets back to me within 24 hours. She always finds a solution to my requests and checks in regularly just to make sure we are doing okay.

Only thing is direct deposit information doesn't transfer until date of hire, but this may be more to do with our connection with ADP than with HR Cloud.

Electronic forms - we used to do everything on paper.
Employee self fills information, eliminates transfer errors.
Getting back complete forms with no missing information as required fields are marked.

**What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

I love how quick and easy HRCloud is! Our company went from paper-only onboarding to digital with HRCloud. I love that we can do our E-Verify checks straight from the HRCloud app. Our representative is always so helpful and responds almost instantly! Most companies have bots/AI for service requests, I love that I get to talk to a real person.

**What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

There isn't anything I dislike with HRCloud.

**What problems is Onboard by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboard makes hiring so easy, you can customize it to your needs. Nothing gets deleted after you finish onbarding so it's impossible to "lose" something after you've downloaded an employees file/tasks. Having E-Verify available as a task is a game changer! I love that HRCloud syncs with our ADP account, it makes everything work hand-in-hand.

**What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

I've been using the HR cloud system for 4 years now, and I'm very satisfied with the system. Without it, it was very difficult to track changes in personal data, payment details changes, and changes in employment contracts for 200 employees. It was also difficult to collect employee data for organizing inventories or educations, but now we gather everything through the system with just 2 clicks. The HR cloud has been a great help with onboarding as well because we now have an automated procedure, and we no longer miss steps because multiple people are involved in onboarding.
Along with all the changes in the HR cloud, our account manager Bruno Ruzic supports us. If we need to change or fill in fields, Bruno provides great support, but best of all, our request is resolved in the shortest possible time. If we need education about HR Cloud or further clarification, Bruno is available by email, online, and in person, whatever suits us. Without Bruno, updating the system would be quite complicated.

I don't have anything I don't like, everything works fine

Hr cloud onboard solves our problems because the system has automated tasks. Tasks are not skipped.

Easy to use and fantastic customer support. Our representative from HR Cloud was always quick to respond and answer any questions that we might have had. It also integrated seemlessly with our ADP software.

We ended up not renewing our subscription due to changes in business needs, but there was nothing in particluar that we disliked about the service while we were actively using it.

It helped us with Employee Communication, Team Building, and as an information hub for Policies and Procedures, Handbooks, etc.

**What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

Some of the items that I love best about the HR Cloud is that the customer service is top notch and they will help you with any task that you might have. When I email my representative, Lea, she is very quick to respond and will take the time to complete any task or answer any question that I might have with professionalism and great skill. They make it easy to set up a task list or to add in different new tasks to a list once it is set up. Overall great program and business to work with for all of your HR Onboarding needs!

**What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

One of the least helpful things that I can see when working through the HR Cloud is the lack of the ability to delete any employees straight from the HR Cloud. You have to send over an email to your representative and give them a list with the names and employee numbers of those employees you want to get rid of if they stop completing their onboarding tasks and go M.I.A. While the representative will do this with great ease and professionalism, I think it would be much more easier and streamlined if a user can get this task done themselves.

**What problems is Onboard by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The HR Cloud lets us have all of our onboarding paperwork in one central location that is easy to access and easy to dispense to prospective employees. It beats out any older system or trying to do it through on paper and having physical documents to keep track of.

HR Cloud is very customizable to your particular business needs. Nearly everything I have asked for, the team has been able to accomplish for me. Additionally, Lena has been so helpful and supportive. She is very quick to respond and assist. The platform itself is pretty self explanatory and was easy to train on.

There are some integrations that I'd like to see be more streamlined, or more user friendly.

HR Cloud allowed us to go paperless with our new hire onboarding. Additionally, it has allowed us to store all new hire paperwork in a single system. It has also saved us time in manually entering new hires in ADP.

**What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

It is totally customizable, and unlike many of the alternatives, it allows you to create and assign onboarding tasks for your HR team.  Most systems allow you to create tasks for the new hire, but how do you ensure your own procedures have been followed?  For me, new employees need to be entered into our scheduling system; credentials need to be verified, and background checks must be run--in HRCloud, you create these types of tasks as part of the onboarding checklist and assign them to your HR team, not the new employee.  HRCloud also integrates with Zapier making automating many tasks possible

**What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

Technology is advancing so quickly we use HRCloud to hire 200-300 people per year and I bet we are using a small fraction of the capability.  I would like more mentoring/guidance on how others use it to be more efficient and effective.

**What problems is Onboard by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better visibility of our entire multi-step hiring process, easy for others to manage when the specialist is away, paperless and employee onboarding can be done remotely on a mobile device very easily.

It's a really powerful HR platform and can give you a huge amount of data and insight into your organisation and employees. Automating onboarding/ offboarding tasks, reminders & checklists removes a lot of room for error in manual processes

There are quite a lot of menus to navigate/clicks involved in getting to where you want to go on the system. UI could be a little friendlier to use and lthe platform less module based, with more included as standard

Automating the process for onboarding new staff with checklist templates by roles, ensuring we have the right tools, equipment and training courses lined up for new starters. Previously this was a manual process for us

**What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

It is an all-in-one portal that is easy to maneuver around. It is integrated directly with our Payroll processing, ADP, and is much more cost-efficient than other HR systems.
I think one of the best aspects is the customer support.  There is an account manager I can email directly and get quick responses, as well as a chat option at the bottom of the screen for immediate help.
It is easy to implement policies across the board, as almost everything is set up by rules. It is able to send out my welcome email and onboarding documentation to the new hires, and has the ability to communicate all the onboarding info from the site to ADP (pay, tax info, etc).

**What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

Some of the rules and policies set up are a little strange.  The time off is nice, but some of the rules are a little wonky - for instance, you can either have the pto hours start the first of the year or their anniversary date. and does not allow for carry over. that being said, again, it does allow everything to be fair across the board and not allow for any exceptions to the rules

Creating an all in one portal where everything communicates with each other. Efficiency and taking away some of the busy admin work within HR

The most helpful item in HR cloud if the comment tool to let the new hires know what they need to edit or add to complete the task. ADP does not have this option.

**What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

I dislike that the new hire sometimes does not receive all of their tasks until the supervisor completes any remaining tasks. This can hold up the onboarding process for the new hires.
I would like HR Cloud more if they added a texting option in the Recruit module.

We needed the process to be streamlined better for the type of staff we hire. We have a lot of part time staff that are minors. ADP onboarding was too complicated for them

I LOVE HR CLOUD! Lea our fantastic Account Manager, took time to ensure our account was set up perfectly. Even though we are running full steam ahead, Lea is always an email or message or way to help us with whatever we need. Lea took time to understand our business needs and explained all the features that would help us and how we can build out features as we continue to grow to support our business.

We are a quickly growing small business spread out over a large geographical area. HR Cloud allowed us to have a centralized place for our management team and HR team to collaborate. It makes onboarding and staff maintenance so much easier and helps provide date reminders and customizable storage options. I love that the paperwork can be digitized to eliminate the printing, scanning and emailing of things back and forth. Our HR Clour representative, Lea, is INCREDIBLE. She is so quick to respond and always thoroughly answers my questions. She is efficient and provides a great "voice of reason" behind setting options that best fit our company. As a company, we are thoroughly pleased with the system and the services!

Nothing that I do not like specifically. There are a few reports that I would like to be able to pull that are not available. It also would be nice to be able to change some of the settings on my own, that are only able to be changed on the back end. Overall, we are very pleased!

Task management and file storage are so much easier to maintain compared to our previous system. All HR documents are stored in one place, instead of everywhere and this is nice!

It makes onboarding new staff so much easier and helps keep all of our managers on top of the onboarding process. I love that it helps link our managers to our other systems to make sure everything in the onboarding process gets done, not just the paperwork part. Our HR Cloud representative, Antonela, is amazing and always answers any questions we have very quickly. She is very patient, efficient and task-oriented. She truly is a huge reason why I love using HR Cloud.

Its not that I dislike anything about it, there are just some features that would be helpful that are not available. However, they even let us submit our ideas for features and they find a way to implement them!

The Onboard App is very intuitive and easy to use, it has many great features and we love the possibility of customizing everything for our needs. Furthermore, we are more than satisfied with our account manager Grga Kordić, who is constantly helping us and guiding us through each implementation of a new feature. He makes the app even better and he adds so much value to this product!

I wish there would be more reporting possibilities and visualization of the data there. Also, I wish there could be more security roles added with different levels of rights and access.

Task management is easier and there is better coordination of the onboarding process with many different departments included. It is also a great base for HR metrics and everything is collected in one place.

Duje has been looking after our property for over a year now, and honestly it has been so far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

**What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

The platform itself it is user friendly, but it does not merge with our main people system (Fourth Hospitality), so we need to manually keep adding employees and maintaining the data. Plus we cannot run reports, so it makes it hard to keep a track with it.
