The automatic processes. I enter a date once and the system knows which tasks to assign on the correct dates! I have manually entered all information into multiple employee information spreadsheets for several years. We also were still performing onboarding tasks manually/on paper until we decided to try HR Cloud. I would not go back for anything! I also have to rave about our Account Manager(s). I do not like that Time-Off requests cannot be adjusted. If any employee needs to make an adjustment the his/her time off, he/she must delete the request and start another. I would love to see this changed in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
