Some of the items that I love best about the HR Cloud is that the customer service is top notch and they will help you with any task that you might have. When I email my representative, Lea, she is very quick to respond and will take the time to complete any task or answer any question that I might have with professionalism and great skill. They make it easy to set up a task list or to add in different new tasks to a list once it is set up. Overall great program and business to work with for all of your HR Onboarding needs! One of the least helpful things that I can see when working through the HR Cloud is the lack of the ability to delete any employees straight from the HR Cloud. You have to send over an email to your representative and give them a list with the names and employee numbers of those employees you want to get rid of if they stop completing their onboarding tasks and go M.I.A. While the representative will do this with great ease and professionalism, I think it would be much more easier and streamlined if a user can get this task done themselves. HR Cloud is very customizable to your particular business needs. Nearly everything I have asked for, the team has been able to accomplish for me. Additionally, Lena has been so helpful and supportive. She is very quick to respond and assist. The platform itself is pretty self explanatory and was easy to train on. It is totally customizable, and unlike many of the alternatives, it allows you to create and assign onboarding tasks for your HR team. Most systems allow you to create tasks for the new hire, but how do you ensure your own procedures have been followed? For me, new employees need to be entered into our scheduling system; credentials need to be verified, and background checks must be run--in HRCloud, you create these types of tasks as part of the onboarding checklist and assign them to your HR team, not the new employee. Technology is advancing so quickly we use HRCloud to hire 200-300 people per year and I bet we are using a small fraction of the capability. I would like more mentoring/guidance on how others use it to be more efficient and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a really powerful HR platform and can give you a huge amount of data and insight into your organisation and employees. Automating onboarding/ offboarding tasks, reminders & checklists removes a lot of room for error in manual processes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are quite a lot of menus to navigate/clicks involved in getting to where you want to go on the system. UI could be a little friendlier to use and lthe platform less module based, with more included as standard Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an all-in-one portal that is easy to maneuver around. It is integrated directly with our Payroll processing, ADP, and is much more cost-efficient than other HR systems.
I think one of the best aspects is the customer support. There is an account manager I can email directly and get quick responses, as well as a chat option at the bottom of the screen for immediate help.
It is easy to implement policies across the board, as almost everything is set up by rules. It is able to send out my welcome email and onboarding documentation to the new hires, and has the ability to communicate all the onboarding info from the site to ADP (pay, tax info, etc). Some of the rules and policies set up are a little strange. The time off is nice, but some of the rules are a little wonky - for instance, you can either have the pto hours start the first of the year or their anniversary date. and does not allow for carry over. that being said, again, it does allow everything to be fair across the board and not allow for any exceptions to the rules Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful item in HR cloud if the comment tool to let the new hires know what they need to edit or add to complete the task. ADP does not have this option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that the new hire sometimes does not receive all of their tasks until the supervisor completes any remaining tasks. This can hold up the onboarding process for the new hires.
