There are a few basic features that are missing. For example, there is no cart management and no easy way to filter out sold-out courses for the customer. Omnify was easy to get setup with the help of the support team. They help walk you through not just how to use it but also will do a lot of the initial customization for you. After using the system for a few days it becomes very easy to use and begin customizing on your own. The whole calendar setup is poorly suited to scheduling classes once a week or twice a month. Filtering bookings is impossible in a maker space where we have individual shops. I do not like that you have to pay for the premium version only to attain small additional features that should be included in the starter plan, especially if you are paying for the software annually. I love the way that it's built. It has considered even the most minor annoying things that other scheduling software miss. After evaluating 6 or 7 scheduling software, their UI is the best.
