What do you like best about Omnify?

The ease of adding schedules and packages. The clear interface of the website makes it user friendly for the clients and patients as well. The pricing and customer support is best compared to other competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnify?

None. Have not come across any problems..Whatever problems I have faced has been addressed to by the CS. I would like the omnify app to have an easy attendance marking option for each of my patients or number of days session each have attended to be visible to me and the patients too. What do you like best about Omnify?

Omnify surprised me with their generosity and fantastic customer service. In this day and age where most things are run by robots it's wonderful to find a company who works with humans! As a new mother, finding my footing and getting back to work has been a challenge (especially after a Ovid). What do you like best about Omnify?

It is very user-friendly. Their UI is the best. All the essential features that should be there on a booking platform are present. Their team has made the booking flow so simple and practical, and I have not received any complaints from my clients. They keep working on the software to add more features like they just revamped their service creation page and it made things so much easier, easier than how it already was. This helps me keep track of all my numbers and clients from a single dashboard. I have stopped opening 10 different sheets at once to manage my business. I can also accept payments very easily by integrating a payment gateway. I can also integrate multiple zoom accounts, which makes it easy for my entire team to conduct online classes. What do you like best about Omnify?

I like best about Omnify is the customer service team's quick to respond and happy to help in any way. They make suggestions and create a really friendly customer service experience. We made some suggestions for our customer interface and the Omnify team responded immediately with great suggestions and even created some customizations especially for us. I am grateful for this team and their responsiveness. I also like the filter capabilities that allows our customers to define exactly what they are looking for. What do you dislike about Omnify?

Because we run many types of programs, we needed more event/class customizations and messaging customization for our programs. For example, we have adult and children's classes, we need two different kinds of sign up and registration emails for each one. What do you like best about Omnify?

Customer service is great! We get responses almost immediately from staff members. It is easy to set up events and classes on the backend. The filters in the service store are very useful from a customers standpoint. For our budget, this is well worth the money. A very reasonable price for the product you get. It has solved a big problem for us by allowing the ease of having all of our programming sign-ups in the same place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnify?

There are sometimes glitches in the system where we can't log in or the page is down. A few specific issues we have run into: 1. The payment processor options are limited, and our customers complain about having to use Paypal. 2. Refunds are not automatic and still have to be done manually, which is a big hassle on our end. 3. It is confusing whether someone has abandoned a booking or canceled, and we can't tell how or why that happened. 4. Customers have complained that it is annoying that they have to fill out form questions over and over and it isn't saved for returning customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed a service where we could have kids classes, adult classes and events in the same platform. We are able to have sign-ups, scheduling, roster management, client management, data and analytics on our attendance and profit margins from things all on the same software.
