Omnify is helping my organization build a managable, customized memebership management program. I like that its user friendly and adaptable to our unique needs. For our particular needs we are having to adjust Omnify to fit a student orchestra organization, so changing the terminlogy has been useful, but it isn't consistent throughout the program. Omnify is an easy-to-set-up solution that’s quick to understand. It is both comprehensive and flexible, making it suitable for a wide range of use cases.
A standout feature for us is the ability for users to book multiple appointments within the same transaction—a capability that is rare among booking solutions.
The customer success team has been exceptional, providing detailed explanations of the solution’s features and dedicating valuable time to demonstrating how to tailor the tool to our specific needs (shuttle booking in our case). One limitation of Omnify is the lack of native multi-language support for displaying the user experience in multiple languages simultaneously. The other reviews aren't kidding-- Omnify customer service is better than any other. I am building a unique nonprofit completely from scratch and Omnify has been a true partner in the process.
I also really appreciate the intuitive UX-- both on the back end and the customer side. Of course there a few quirks I wish weren't there, but compared to other software I've been subjected to, this is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is definitely some functionality that I would assume to already exist or at least be better developed--but it also seems like they really listen to their users and thus far I've seen a number of new upgrades come through that give me the confidence that this is a platform that pays attention and has goals.

I love the instant chat feature, where you can quickly get in touch with a real human to rectify my problem. Nowadays, it's a must as we need to get everything fixed quickly.
