I have been working with the Omniconver tool for almost 10 years.

We used Explore both to increase the conversion rate and to personalize the consumer experience.

A/B testing helped us visibly increase CTR and CR and allowed us to confidently make data-based decisions.

Customizing and targeting the customer experience, from dynamically changing site content to custom pop-ups, has significantly improved user engagement.

To all this we have added On-Site Surveys for the understanding of our customers, visitors and potentials.

Throughout the learning process and beyond, whenever we had questions or needed assistance, the support team was prompt and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got the most out of the tool.
