I really like Omniconvert for several reasons. They have a great customer service team, which is something many experimentation platforms lack. I know I can count on Omniconvert's people to help me whenever needed. I appreciate that they are always open to chat and really understand my problems. They are proactive about any issues that might arise. For example, we hit our monthly usage limit, and their team contacted us and provided extra usage for the month with no strings attached, making me feel really valued. The initial setup was not challenging at all because they were very helpful; we had onboarding calls and got everything we needed. Sometimes the platform isn't as fast for data analysis, but again, whenever this happens, I get in contact with the team and they explain everything promptly. I like that Omniconvert is simple to use. You don't have to be a CRO guru to know how to use it to run tests, review what the tests have done, and learn the insights. It's really easy to use, and you don't have to be a data analyst or programmer or someone who's been doing CRO for ten years. That's the main reason I appreciate it. We've had some issues with the split URL testing. It doesn't work reliably, and we still had issues with flicker. Sometimes we have to use PostHog as an alternative for not traditional A/B testing when we need to see split URL testing. But that's honestly the only thing, and it's not a biggie. I use Omniconvert for A/B testing and website personalization. I like the ease of setup and launching, thanks to the visual editor which lets us edit without a developer's involvement. We can easily launch experiments at the click of a button without needing to redeploy the website, freeing up development resources. It's great that anyone on the marketing team can use the tool without needing development knowledge. This is super helpful as we have limited development resources and web producers or content managers can set up experiments and personalizations without relying on developers. Also, setting up Omniconvert was very easy, just by installing a JS script. Compared to Google Optimize, which we've used before, Omniconvert feels less buggy and overall, it's a step up for us. Metrics could be clearer, especially in terms of alignment with GA4 metrics. Additionally, having native integration with Salesforce would be beneficial for directly measuring pipeline lead generation results in Salesforce for control versus experiment groups. UX/UI-wise, it is quite simple and clear. Easy to navigate & get things done. Integrations cover what we need e.g. GA4 and MS Clarity. Pricing is super fair and accessible, if one thinks of getting started with testing, personalization and see whether they can scale. The last but definitely not the least, they have a great support channel. Any of our questions has been answered and clarified for the setup & results we have wanted to achieve. Not necessarily about Omniconvert, but from a general perspective, if one has a custom-built website and if it contains SPA and other technical details to keep in mind while building the tests up, the learning curve can take a bit more time. Omniconvert makes A/B testing on Adobe Commerce incredibly easy once it’s set up, and the real standout is their support team—especially Bogdan. We had a very tricky Magento Cloud integration, and he not only guided us through every step with patience and clarity, but even stayed after hours to help us hit a hard deadline before Black Friday. The platform is powerful, intuitive, and stable, but their level of customer support is on a completely different level. It genuinely feels like having an extension of your team. There’s very little to dislike. The initial Adobe Commerce integration required some careful configuration, but that’s more a limitation of Magento than Omniconvert. Page flicker is still an issue, but I think that can be solved with some more dev work. And because the support team was so hands-on, even that challenge ended up being a smooth experience. One downside is that it can take some time to get fully comfortable with the platform, especially when setting up experiments or navigating reports. That said, the real stars of the show are the people behind the company. From the very first commercial contact through the integration phase, and all the way to technical support and the optimization consultancy service, we felt listened to, supported, and like we were constantly growing together. It isn’t especially user-friendly for business users. The learning curve is fairly steep at the beginning, even for technical users, and the UI could use an update. That said, these are minor inconveniences overall.
