What do you like best about Odoo SMS?

This SMS marketing is a great option, as you know everyone is always on their phone and rarely miss a text so it would work for pretty much every business. Great tool with easy usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo SMS?

SMS needs to be programmed to deliver client-customized messages, such as asking them to re-purchase the exact same product they purchased previously. It would require some work on Odoo Studio Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Odoo SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps manage your text messaging. For example, we can set repeating messages either daily, weekly, or monthly as well as can send a series of text messages to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

this solved us the painpoint of reaching our direct customer. With this tool we reached our customers thorugh short sms and those have been highly convertable in sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing I don't like about Odoo SMS. Odoo SMS is doing the job very well. However, Odoo SMS is a new name in Vietnam so not so many people know about it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Odoo SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Odoo SMS helps me to reach out to the current database without paying more to have a new database. In the past, we have to call the old database, but now, we save a lot of time and personnel because we can use Odoo SMS to send message to them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Odoo SMS?

This sms marketing tool is highly beneficial to easily manage sms campaigns and grow business network. It helped me to reach more prospects with its high text deliverability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo SMS?

The documentation was tricky to understand at first for beginners. But i found some videos that helped me to understand and setup my first marketing campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Odoo SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was experiencing many technical issues with other sms marketing providers but Odoo works like a charm. I can easily manage my campaign from anywhere and keep track of the analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
