Deliver excellent services to your customers everywhere with the Odoo Field Service app! The Odoo Field Service app allows you to easily manage your work days from anywhere on any device. The days of needing to install software, or worrying about device compatibility, are long gone! Simply open your web browser and get your work done. It’s really that easy. In our latest version, users can add products tracked by lots or serial numbers to tasks, indicate the number of products used during a visit in one click, and all Field Service tasks that are generated from a Sales Order now refer to the delivery address of the customer. There’s also been a unification of the form views of Project tasks and Field Service tasks to ensure a smoother workflow. Users can schedule appointments, assign tasks to employees, plan the daily itinerary, track working times, send quotes, and invoice customers - all in one fully-integrated, easy-to-use solution.

What do you like best about Odoo Field Service?

The time sheet is the best feature we are using. It is easy to use and understand the UI. Group by feature is helpful in my work. Mobile applications are also very covenant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo Field Service?

I am not much like the UI of the main page. It is too fancy, and the colors are not user-friendly. It has old-looking icons and style. I like to have more helpful information on this page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Odoo Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time tracking is the bigest problem in our company. We tried different solutions. But odoo gives the best experience to us. Now log time is not a big problem to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Odoo Field Service?

I like how users can timesheet so that managers can identify labor cost, add materials on the task which are then reflected on related sales orders (time & material) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo Field Service?

From a point of cost analysis, it lacks certain details that can be added, like running an planned vs actual cost budget on both the task level and project level.

It introduces an automated workflow between sales module and field services module, where automatic tasks are generated for service items that are added on sales orders.
