Currently, we are using the O4S Service QR code scanning service to ensure that they give each product's identity and are genuine.

Our business is the stream after using the O4s barcode scanning software. Also, we can identify the product where the product is fake or real using the O4s service and application.

**What do you like best about O4S?**

O4S specializes in channel loyalty management, helping us to manageour network of distributors and retailers. This laser concept allows us to offer precision products designed for this segment also its easy to use.

**What do you dislike about O4S?**

O4S caters primarily to medium and large sized businesses, so it may not be a good fit for smaller companies with simple requirements.

**What problems is O4S solving and how is that benefiting you?**

O4S focuses primarily on channel management solutions for businesses with networks of distributors and retailers which helped us to build stronger relationships with our channel partners by providing communication, compensation and performance management tools.

Easily approachable and mitigate the issue at the earliest.

Nothing as of now. There is no major issue faced till date.

O4S is handling our Loyalty program and it is helping Indigo Paints to smoothly operate it without any glitch.

Nothing much as of now as i have started working with them 3 months back.

**What problems is O4S solving and how is that benefiting you?**

implementing traceability at outsourced vendors was tough task for us and with support from O4S we have achieved target to implement traceability from L0  to L3.

There is no such dislike about O4S. But yes, as our plant is 24*7 working, sometimes on the weekend days if any mishappening happens, it becomes difficult for us to get that issue resolved. Rest all is fine.

when we asked additional scanner at our K6 Facility, it much delayed thru the courier which O4S nominated.

**What problems is O4S solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sort out implementation of QR Code Scanner & Printer at our Bhiwandi facility with the help of online guidance from Mr Venkata Reddy.

**What do you like best about O4S?**

1. Prompt with their solution. 
2. The team is readily available to solve any query. 
3. Their UI/UX is easy to understand. 
4. We can personalize the in-app dashboard according to our brand needs which gives us an edge over others.
5. We don't have to depend on any other vendor for rewards distribution. 
6. I have never seen a single vendor offering so many rewards for channel partners. 
7. In case our team or a channel partner is unable to cope with the solution, O4S has a dedicated team that trains them to get acquainted with the solution. 
8. Their team is available at ease and they usually reply within an hour which is something really appreciable.
9. The team personally visits the plant and helps us deploy the solution within our existing framework, and if the framework requires any change, they make sure to tweak it accordingly.

**What do you dislike about O4S?**

1. Sometimes the app is a bit slow but this might be because of low internet bandwidth. 
2. Days after implementing the solution. we reported minor bugs, but it was taken care by the team then and there.

**What problems is O4S solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Previously, we were partnered with more than 3 vendors who managed the rewards redemption process. Different partners had different terms and conditions which we had to agree upon. After parenting with O4S, we had to deal with just one vendor, and not care about anything else. 
2. They helped us create our first digital campaign for our channel partners and helped us explore the vast opportunities in the digital ecosystem. 
3. With their solution, we are able to reach out to more channel partners which was not possible previously. 
4. Their gamification technique proved to be useful for us. Channel partners have actively participated in our last loyalty program.

Team is always ready to help also they follow it up to complete the task.

No major problem, one suggestion would be that if technical is available in South india it will be helpful.
