What do you like best about Nvoip?

What I like most is that we have the convenience of basically having a cellphone on our computer screen to make the daily calls we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nvoip?

I don't like the constant fluctuations that the platform presents. I've found myself many times refreshing the page, clearing cache, and even logging out of the account, yet there were times when the platform didn't help me even then. I still don't like the calling interface much; it ends up being too simple and not very optimized for the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nvoip solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nvoip helps my team since not everyone has a cellphone in their home offices. Thus, we can use the platform to have a cellphone available for making calls to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
