Nothing particulary. The tool has improved a lot of minor errors over the last few months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can provide upfront information about my Coaching Service. Very easy to use so i can esily adapt and improve the space from customer to cutomer. I can share it secure with a personal link to integrate it in my onboarding process.
The client can inform and digitally sign the contract online. And i can share more information even later and add it to the space during our collaboration. The clients where impressed of the good strucured information and could handle login and signing very well. I use it for all of my clients now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cant say so much. Some features im miss are still in pipeline, but i am sure they are building up soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I run a single-person business, so my time's at a premium. Usually when I write proposals for prospects, I end up getting stuck on layout and styling issues (distracts from the deal), and I also then have to pass around endless documents by email (can get confusing for everyone).
I switched to Notch recently and have already worked on 6 or so deals. With its prebuilt components and easy sharing, Notch lets me stay focused just on the content of the proposal. That helps me use my time better and also have better conversations with clients. That's what ultimately land the deal, not fiddling with layout, styling, or PDFs or whatever. The client collab functions work in basic ways (at the moment, you mostly just get a chat log with the client), but I hope they'll get even better with time. It would be great to see a richer way to collect decisions or feedback about a proposal (option A or option B) or even approvals of sections when drafting. Also while onboarding clients to the platform works just fine, I worry that asking clients to register can create friction undesirable friction (yeah they can just use a secret link, but if i want them to sign the proposal, for example, that can be a small hurdle to overcome). But I think that's a "me" problem, not so much with Notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Notch's proposal creation feature is a game-changer for our sales process. The ability to customise and brand sales rooms is especially effective in engaging clients and helps us stand out. Also, the seamless CRM integration and real-time analytics provide us with valuable insights, helping us track our performance and make informed decisions with ease. I think Notch could improve by expanding its integration capabilities. By adding more options, it would enable users to leverage their existing tech stacks better, and enhance overall utility and flexibility for diverse sales teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Notch fits my use case because I send out 10-20 sales proposals per month and I couldn't keep track of them in Google Drive anymore.
I like that Notch grows with my business so I wont have to find another toolwhen I reach the next stage.
Before Notch:
- Relying on PDFs and emails to send proposals wasn't scalable
- If a prospect stopped replying, I would never know why
- Was exhausted by generating new business
With Notch:
– Templates speed up the proposal process by at least 20-30 minutes
- I save money/time because I don't need all of the tools I was using before (signing tool+proposal maker+cloud storage)
- I have all proposals in one place, which makes it easy to make better decisions about my business
- My team can see where the deals are and the HubSpot integration works great for us
Notch improved my sales flow and made it so much easier to push deals through.

As of now, there's nothing to dislike. When I've shared feedback with the team, they take it seriously and act quickly.

- Improves team collaboration on deals
- Got great integrations with Hubspot etc
- Features such as reminders - help us chase deals for faster closure

Some features that Notch could improve are its customer support and some integrations with Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
