## Notch Reviews
  ### 1. No support response, software issues

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven C. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Notch?**

Notch creates an easy workflow for proposals to send out to clients and allows us to keep track of points of interest in proposals

**What do you dislike about Notch?**

The support system is nonexistent. I’ve been trying to email them over a month for issues with downloading PDFs, but yet nobody has responded. And I’m still having issues. Downloading PDFs. Their support is some of the worst I’ve ever seen.

**What problems is Notch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notch creates an easy workflow to be able to send out the clients to be able to lay out our services and about us.

  ### 2. Getting really positive feedback from clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Notch?**

I can provide upfront information about my Coaching Service. Very easy to use so i can esily adapt and improve the space from customer to cutomer. I can share it secure with a personal link to integrate it in my onboarding process.
The client can inform and digitally sign the contract online. And i can share more information even later and add it to the space during our collaboration. The clients where impressed of the good strucured information and could handle login and signing very well. I use it for all of my clients now.

**What do you dislike about Notch?**

Cant say so much. Some features im miss are still in pipeline, but i am sure they are building up soon.

**What problems is Notch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* give personal upfront service information to the customers
* individualization of informatin, contracts offers and proposals
* digital signature of contract
* provide a communication channel for additional information during the service process
* have all contracts and proposals in one place to do continious improvement on them

  ### 3. No more custom-building google docs... I switched to Notch and am never going back.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Notch?**

I run a single-person business, so my time's at a premium. Usually when I write proposals for prospects, I end up getting stuck on layout and styling issues (distracts from the deal), and I also then have to pass around endless documents by email (can get confusing for everyone).

I switched to Notch recently and have already worked on 6 or so deals. With its prebuilt components and easy sharing, Notch lets me stay focused just on the content of the proposal. That helps me use my time better and also have better conversations with clients. That's what ultimately land the deal, not fiddling with layout, styling, or PDFs or whatever.

**What do you dislike about Notch?**

The client collab functions work in basic ways (at the moment, you mostly just get a chat log with the client), but I hope they'll get even better with time. It would be great to see a richer way to collect decisions or feedback about a proposal (option A or option B) or even approvals of sections when drafting. Also while onboarding clients to the platform works just fine, I worry that asking clients to register can create friction undesirable friction (yeah they can just use a secret link, but if i want them to sign the proposal, for example, that can be a small hurdle to overcome). But I think that's a "me" problem, not so much with Notch.

**What problems is Notch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making proposal creation second nature so I can spend less time dealing with documents and more time moving the deal forward.

  ### 4. Revolutionising our Sales Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iñigo F. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Notch?**

Notch's proposal creation feature is a game-changer for our sales process. The ability to customise and brand sales rooms is especially effective in engaging clients and helps us stand out. Also, the seamless CRM integration and real-time analytics provide us with valuable insights, helping us track our performance and make informed decisions with ease.

**What do you dislike about Notch?**

I think Notch could improve by expanding its integration capabilities. By adding more options, it would enable users to leverage their existing tech stacks better, and enhance overall utility and flexibility for diverse sales teams.

**What problems is Notch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notch’s features benefit us by saving time, improving client interaction, and offering actionable data to refine our sales efforts.

  ### 5. Best way that I've found to create and send proposals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Macklin B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Notch?**

Notch fits my use case because I send out 10-20 sales proposals per month and I couldn't keep track of them in Google Drive anymore.

I like that Notch grows with my business so I wont have to find another toolwhen I reach the next stage.

Before Notch:
- Relying on PDFs and emails to send proposals wasn't scalable
- If a prospect stopped replying, I would never know why
- Was exhausted by generating new business

With Notch:
– Templates speed up the proposal process by at least 20-30 minutes
- I save money/time because I don't need all of the tools I was using before (signing tool+proposal maker+cloud storage)
- I have all proposals in one place, which makes it easy to make better decisions about my business
- My team can see where the deals are and the HubSpot integration works great for us

Notch improved my sales flow and made it so much easier to push deals through.

Highly recommend Notch

**What do you dislike about Notch?**

As of now, there's nothing to dislike. When I've shared feedback with the team, they take it seriously and act quickly.

What more can you ask for?

**What problems is Notch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notch helps me create, send, and sign proposals/share documents in one place. It makes it so much easier to run my agency.

  ### 6. Deal collaboration done in a jiffy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manasa D. | Sales Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Notch?**

Notch serves as a central platform for buyers and sellers to collaborate and close deals. Some great features that stand out for me as a sales manager are:

- It serves as a one-stop platform for all deal related information
- Improves team collaboration on deals
- Got great integrations with Hubspot etc
- Features such as reminders - help us chase deals for faster closure
- Generally got a great and simple user interface to use

**What do you dislike about Notch?**

Some features that Notch could improve are its customer support and some integrations with Slack.

**What problems is Notch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was previously difficult to understand everything that was happening with a deal - With Notch, we have visibility and clarity with all the deal information. It also provides a collaborative space for both buyers and sellers.

Nothing particulary. The tool has improved a lot of minor errors over the last few months.

Notch helps my small business be competitive and productive and allows me to focus on more activities that grow my business,
