The content on Nivati offers a large variety of easy-to-watch segments on different mental health issues that employees may be dealing with in thier lives. The legnth of the content seems just about right and is organized in a way that employees can intuitively navigate to topics of interest. As Nivati is a platform for connecting people to life coaches, therapists, etc, my favorite part is my coach! Finding her was relatively easy since there are easy keywords, a brief blurb written by the coaches/therapists, and even a photo of them. Nivati also sends a reminder about 27 hours in advance. Since you can't cancel without being charged within 24h of the appointment, it's nice to have a reminder with that ~3 hour window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't explored the site enough to have too much criticism here. However, I did have to essentially reverse engineer a way to get to the page with the coaches/therapists so I could schedule my sessions. Once I did that, it was easy.
