Nitro Pro is not as user friendly as other PDF editors I've used, but I purchased it for the perpetual license. After running a software update on Nitro Pro, it broke Windows 11. I first noticed that my laptop would automatically reboot multiple times a day. It turns out it was getting a critical error and crashing due to Nitro Pro. It would not allow me to run Command Prompt as an administrator, I couldn't open File Explorer, the Task Bar was not functioning (I could not select from multiple instances of applications), it broke Excel, and my cursers couldn't even reach all areas of my displays. The glitches that a simple PDF software update caused were ridiculous. It took hours of troubleshooting with my IT department to realize that Nitro was the culprit. I reported the issue to Nitro, and they were already aware that it was a known issue! Nonetheless, they continue pushing out the new version. They had me uninstall, reinstall, change settings, etc. multiple times. Finally, I insisted on a refund. They agreed, stating, "If you encounter any issues, we are more than happy to process the refund on your behalf". After deactivating and uninstalling the program, I asked them to proceed with the refund. Now, they're refusing to give the refund and asking for my help to do additional troubleshooting on their program that caused so many issues. I strongly recommend using another provider like Adobe or Foxit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to share my experience with the customer support team of Nitro Pro.
Response Time: I found that the response time from the support team was quite slow. It often took 4-5 days to receive a reply to my inquiries, which was frustrating.
Quality of Support: While the representatives were polite, I encountered issues where the same responses were repeated without addressing my specific concerns. This made it challenging to resolve my issues effectively.
Overall Experience: Despite the delays, I appreciate the efforts of the team to assist me. However, I believe there is room for improvement in their response times and the clarity of their communication.

I like being able to combine several documents into one, this is easily achievable and assists with sending meeting information and publishing our parish magazine. I have also been able to edit the pdfs somewhat, erasing what needs to be hidden, hiding black marks when books have been scanned and deskewing documents to provide a professional looking end result.

Switching over to Nitro pdf from Adobe pdf was the best thing my company did. Nitro Pdf has all the features required like coverting a word doc, editing ,comparing and lot more which other pdf application make it a lot complex to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can prepare my documents, combine with support documents and then send for signatures with no fuss. It's super easy and when all approvers have signed, it emails me the signed approved document.
