I like about nilo, that it offers so much content in a simple and easy-understanding way. And I like that additionally to that you get to speak with a personal coach in a 1:1 session. This is incredibly helpful and I love this conecpt! It helps me to break my issues down and to follow easy steps. By being guided by my personal coach it helps me to easily implement what I learned. nilo.health offers a wide range of topics on their platform, from daily changing mediations to self-guided exercises, to round tables and obviously the sessions.

While the topics are always wellbeing related they are still applicable in such a variety, like how to structure my time better, prioritize or also how to become more resilient, etc.

We have been working with Nilo.health for several years and have seen an improvement in our employee health since the beginning (measured by survey ratings and decreasing sick days). Variety of support that is offered, as the best support in mental health topics looks different for all kind of people in the team. The greatest feature in my perspective are the nilo sessions as it not only supports employees when they need it and we can't offer the support as an employer with internal resources, but also it covers a part in medical care by making sure people get support form a psychotherapist as soon as possible! The insights in the HR dashboard could be a bit more detailed. This would help to check the usage of nilo within the team and nudge the team to use certain services more but mostly would help to convince for e.g. the management about the usage of nilo in the future as numbers are key and super relevant in many companies.
