Nothing. They are the most unethical, money minded company out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overpriced, unethical and they refuse to give refunds. Their billing system is the worst. Stay away. They are not worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unlike other project management apps that we have tried in the past, Nifty was an immediate hit with my 3 member team. Not too simplistic but not overwhelming in complexity, it seems to hit the sweet spot for us.
After a short assimilation period, we all agreed that the move had been worthwhile. We especially like the project milestones feature.
The pace of new feature development is also encouraging (they listen to user feedback in the FB group!). They look well positioned for longevity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like any tool, there are new features I'd prefer to see sooner rather than later (eg discussion sub-thread timestamp links!) and annoyances (not being able to reorder portfolios and projects in the sidebar) but these are not deal breakers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to communicate with other team members for working on group projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The notifications were over the top and received way too many for each project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had a hard time finding a task manager that worked for me so I was hesitant to try Nifty. But it is the best task manager I have found. It's simple and intuitive, it saves all of my tasks, and it has the best reminders of any other app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing It a good tool, It's simple and intuitive, it saves all of my tasks, and it has the best reminders of any other app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of my favorite features is the integration of chat within the CRM. Chat has been implemented in other project management CRM's but the way it is done in Nifty is very 'Slack-ish'. Awesome!
One of my favorite non-features is the interface. The interface is intuitive and team members are able to update me on all of their projects and tasks - all automated. As tasks are moved between statuses, there is the option to provide notifications or additional automations. Think Trello, but better. The intuitive interface allows for easy onboarding. Nifty is better than many project management applications that I have used in the past. One thing that I would like to see is the ability to change colors for the dashboard. Currently there is only options for classic, light, and dark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps improve productivity by combining all project management features on one platform. It helps in managing tasks such as managing chat, tasks, files, goals etc, via a single software, instead of jumping between applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The storage capacity can be increased and also, and the interface is not very attractive; it can be improved. More social media integration will be helpful for a lot of users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are many task management tools out there, and there are also many team communication apps out there, but none of them merge these two functions. In my team, we prefer not to switch between multiple apps to get our stuff done. Nifty is a unique product that understands this pain point and merges these two functions in a single app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Stability. The app is not the most stable one as compared to other leading solutions in their respective niche (Slack in chat, Monday in task management, for example.) Sometimes, chat history got misplaced and disappeared. This is also something that bugs us quite a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We like the ability to review all of the project's timelines. It is nice to be able to see everything via Gantt charts as well as see all of our team tasks. We also like that the price point and the custom roles and permissions. It made sense for us to move to this project management software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, we haven't had many issues with the application. It would be good for their team to be able to view personal calendar events and Team events on the same calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nifty can be used for greater commercialization of the products offered by company. In the top we can save items by minimizing it.Nifty has one click zoom meeting options and also built in chat features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nifty has very less storage capacity. There is no way to contact support team.Ui could be more user friendly. There is no checklist option inside nifty. They should provide option to print the tast list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best things about Nifty are the project management. We're staying focused because of the power of organizing our projects and we're increasing our output to get more from each day. Love how you can easily onboard people and from my perspective, having two companies inside of Nifty was almost too easy to navigate back and forth. I love how the platform is up and going without downtime that we've seen from other platforms. It's definitely...nifty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would love for notifications to go out whenever you change or add to a project to those who are assigned to the project. This may be an option in settings and I just haven't found it. But it's not a deal breaker, the ease and usability are top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
