Nifty is software that you can use your way and however it is most useful and easy for you. I can create a workflow for sales links and greater commercialization of the products offered by the company, this task takes a process, which goes through a review and after that it is approved and if it is already finished, this is something that I like about Nifty because it organizes my work and allows me to accomplish daily goals. On the other hand, it is a very dynamic software, the client-company relationship is more proactive, making project planning and future sales successful, likewise, it allows you to incorporate several users into the team to achieve a better job. It contains training materials that teach you how to use this software. Finally, another aspect that I like about Nifty, according to my experience, is that I achieve the objectives in the sales area, every day sales are increasing thanks to the organization that this software provides me, it is notorious that daily productivity is increasing. I consider that Nifty is a very good software but it should improve in certain aspects:
1. Within project planning, for good sales management, there should be other tools that facilitate digital marketing because this is a marketing enhancer.
2. I would like them to integrate more social networks. Broader field with greater scope.
3. I feel like it has very little storage capacity and I handle a lot of clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

this is the single best app that doesn’t require you to have other apps in order to keep the flow going and the tasks in check. We tried this a while back and came back to it because it has improved so much in the last year or so. The interface is tight and functional. One can feel the quality for user experience and effectiveness… Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only, small, suggestion would be to improve the Nifty logo so that it fits the quality of the app itself. And maybe they should also invest a little more in YouTube advertising and influencers that fit the theme of their channel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the fact that there are these milestones. It helps me visually see where I need to pause and work on overdue work vs constantly filling my queue. It was very Asana-esque. Really loving the time feature so I can see how much time I've spent.
I like that you can "save" some items in the top by minimizing it - makes them easier to find. Would be better if we could pin them, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There doesn't seem to be a way to link tasks easily. While it is similar to Asana, there were some major differences - like being unable to have a task on multiple boards/projects. It's not easy to tell what is still being timed - it's a very small thing in the bottom left corner and more than once I've forgotten to stop a timer so it went on for days.
I feel like the UI could be a bit improved as well. It was so like Asana, but then as I started using it some things were more difficult to navigate.
Overall nothing that stops me from using the product.
There does not seem to be a way to contact support. At least once I felt like there was a bug but had no way of reporting it (that I could find). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about Nifty is its in-built chat feature, one-click zoom meeting option, time tracking option, different views (including priority view), the ClickUp-like interface, smoothly project management options and everything I might need for my business. Nifty seems too cluttered sometimes. Probably that's because of too many features incorporated all together. Also, it doesn't include the dashboard or widget feature for guests visiting my Nifty workspace - which isn't a big deal either. Another thing I dislike the most is that there's no checklist option inside Nifty, which I thought would be a great plus if they had that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using project management systems for 20+ years and always find them lacking - not quite fitting my workflow or having common sense features. Along came Nifty. And...OH BOY...FINALLY! It's not bloated like most PM tools and it isn't under-featured like some of the others. Watch a video demo or two and then give it a try. I rarely get this stoked about a piece of software finely nailing it - but this is bliss! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is very little that I can say that I dislike. There are a few things that I hope they add in the future - like the ability to print the task list. But from a feature standpoint - Nifty gets everything right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that Nifty is a direct competitor to Clikcup. It does everything I need for my agency - track tasks, milestones, time tracking for contractors/employees, project chats, file storage, dashboards, analytics, task automation, in-app collaboration on files - literally everything I need. If anything, I wish the UI was a bit more modern and customizable. Modern in the sense that it looked a bit more similar to Clickup, and customizable in the sense that we can select the level of "darkness" for dark mode, select the colors we want to use from an RGB Hex circle/square instead of pre-made colors. That would make Nifty feel more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love working in phases and seeing progress towards a goal. The connection of tasks to a timeline and project completion is amazing. Building out a process for a project and being able to use it in each similar project going forward has changed the way I work for the better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I didn't need to set dates for milestones right off the bat. It is nice to layout a project without specific dates attached. I still feel in some ways it is a bit clunky to see the full picture of the project. I know timelines and Kanban phases are different, but I find I have to switch views to get a complete picture of both the timeline and status of tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nifty is consistently being updated to bring some of the best tools that you would want for organizing your team and tracking progress towards goals. Nifty offers many of the functions that you see in other programs for much less. It is intuitive and also allows for great collaboration with your team through connecting accounts such as calendars, Google Drive, Teams, Zoom, etc. to have everything in one place and automate off of one another. It has tremendously helped our team get more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As it is a "newer" program, some features aren't available currently, but the dev team is constantly looking to hear what can be improved. I receive an email at least within every two weeks with new updates that are coming out for Nifty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have tried many different project management systems, but I found that Nifty was one of the best right from the start. There are two great aspects to Nifty 1 - It has a very logical layout structure, even without reading the instructions, it makes sense. So it was quite easy to get started. 2 - All the tools are in the same project window! I like to use the Kanban View, which other systems also offer, but Nifty lets you use Kanban with all the other important project management functions available available via tabs at the top. I would like to be able to create and issue invoices from within the system, including recurring annual invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nifty is very slick to use and very responsive. Plus, they are always evolving the toolset with literally an update every week. Compared to others, it feels fast to use and doesn't feel clunky. They have figured out a way to provide a powerful tool without it being confusing or having every single option in the book that most people won't use. And it offers the ability to create a client portal with custom pages and embeds, which is very cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish they would expand their automation options. I especially would like to see more integrations with external tools. Also, a few more client reporting options would be helpful. I also found that the email task creation won't work no matter what I try. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
