Top Rated Nifty Alternatives

Nifty is a tool is use very often in my business and I do like the fact that it is extremely flexible and it will work on every scenario, even using it for personal use. I have my children use it for school to help they stay focused. One of the thing I really enjoy also is the fact that it is very easy to use. I've used other similar products but they were not as user friendly as nifty. Nifty works great, give you awesome notification and reminds you of your tasks. The support is terrific, they get back to you really quickly. When I have an issue or if I'm stuck or just trying to do something, I always contact support and each and every time, they've always help me. For me, you can have a great product but if you don't have great support to back it out, customers/clients will not be happy because when they need assistance, they can't get the help they need. I am happy over all with this Nifty and I will continue to use it because it just works for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there are not much I dislike about Nifty. I use it quite often; Almost every day. I do quite a bit, run multiple businesses and it helps me to stay focused. The app isn't as robust (in my opinion) as the web version so I find myself using the web version much more often than the app but the app still works great and I do recommend it. 1. It’s easy to set up and use.
2. Support is super responsive and helpful.
3. The Docs feature is the best I’ve come across. Compared to Asana, Nifty Docs are far superior—you can embed iframes, link tasks to docs, and even create tasks within docs.
4. The ability to create either Nifty Docs or Google Docs adds flexibility for different project types.
5. Guest access and permissions are great—easy to set up and use.
6. Custom task fields, including currency and formula fields, make budget tracking seamless.
7. The iOS app is well-designed and user-friendly.
8. The timeline/roadmap feature includes task dependencies and project baselines, essential PM tools that other solutions often reserve for higher-priced plans.
9. You can comment on uploaded files, whgich is like a basic file proofing feature. As a wish list, it would be great to be able to pin the comment/annotate the file location so the comment is associated with an area or part of the file, although in understand that users wishes probably take a lot to implement technically and companies have far more important things to be working on. 1. It’s not so much a dislike as a gripe—Forms are an additional cost on top of the plan pricing. Personally, I believe intake forms should be included in the business plan, as they are with platforms like Airtable, Asana, and Teamwork. While there may be reasons for this pricing model, I don’t fully understand why it’s an extra charge. There are certainly workarounds to avoid this cost, especially when the form is only needed to initiate a process. Since we use this feature infrequently, the added expense isn’t justified for our use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The intuitive design and ability to manage multiple projects in one place with integrated time tracking and task prioritization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It focuses primarily on project management, so features like detailed budgeting tools or advanced reporting are limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Definitely not their support team. Their billing and support team will ignore you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mostly the billing and support team as they just continue to say we will look into it and never get back to you. They charge you extra for seats you don't request for to try scam you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

however i love overall functionality in nifty but only limited tagging functionality is the worst thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nifty is simple to use, but at the same time has a lot of features. It's intuitive, so no need to get a whole training to be able to use it. In the company, we use it mainly for project management, task assignment, docs organization, and client communication. Even the less tech-savvy client is able to use it with no major issues. A few times the notifications get a little hard to find, that's the only thing I've encountered so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nifty is easy to navigate. Compared to other productivity tools. I can switch to mobile device mode when I'm not on pc and i will still get work done.
The roadmaping, timboxing and all that is not confusing. Everyone know where to go to finish their tasks. There is also smooth communication.
I like the nudging feature on the software too. I can quickly grasp the use of a feature without breaking sweat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like the dark background. Then, there are too many menus to open and clicks. Some features should be merged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nifty is great tool, I would put it on the same level and league as Asana. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer and technical service here is the most horrendous I've ever encountered. If you have any technical or billing issues, don't count on them being resolved. If the support team encounters any issues, they will direct you to a person named Sky, who is seemingly the only person available to help. Unfortunately, he is often unresponsive. Another thing to avoid is purchasing Nifty from Appsumo. If you accidentally want to rename the workspace and delete it to start from scratch, that's it. You'll lose your money. Moreover, nowhere on Appsumo does it mention that rebranding or deleting the workspace would result in a financial loss, even though it's supposed to be a lifetime deal. One of the best things about Nifty is that it combines all of the essential project management features into one software, making it easy for me to collaborate and stay organized with multiple teams/clients. The Kanban, List, and Timeline views allow for flexible task management, while the built-in discussion threads and document-sharing capabilities make it easy to collaborate and share knowledge across teams. Additionally, Nifty's integration with popular calendar platforms like Google and Outlook makes scheduling tasks and meetings a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some users might find the interface a bit overwhelming, especially if unfamiliar with project management software. Additionally, the platform may be missing some advanced project management features, such as resource allocation and cost tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the simplicity and elegance of Nifty's interface. Its sleek design, high level of customisation and practical features make it a great choice for any project or organisation looking to reduce the time spent organising documents and managing their workflow. In addition, its robust document management system makes it quick and easy to add files while providing an easy way to share them with colleagues on different platforms - an attractive feature that has saved me hours by not having to switch between multiple tabs every time I need something from my files. I wish Nifty offered recurring reminders or due date options. This would allow users to ensure that they always remember important tasks and deadlines, rather than relying on their own memory. By allowing the use of recurring reminders (which are removed after viewing), teams could ensure that nothing is forgotten without relying solely on individual diligence to create timely tasks.
