What do you like best about Nice.Chat?

The best feature of the nice chat is the triggered chats whenever someone visit the website.

Thier is nothing as such to dislike about the nice chat only the issue is with the simple desgin of the GUI.

What do you like best about Nice.Chat?

The ping time or the reply time is very quick. And once the chat is connected it never disconnects. We use CaseVue along with NICE to give resolution to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the chat does not connect to us and we must logout and login again to see if the chat is connected or not. It happens once in 2 days and with many agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
