What do you like best about Nextiva?

Ease of Implementation with an expert who walked us through the entire process and is still available for any questions we may have. The Integration process was smooth and the equipment is easy to use with guides to assist if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

I am able to have both my office number and cell phone on Nextive utilizing the desktop and app versions I know exactly the type of call I am getting ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The only issue I have is that my outgoing text message keeps getting turned off Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Overall, I've had a positive experience. But if I had to choose one thing, it would be being able to have a chat box to talk to a customer support team member. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

Pretty much nothing they offer is best in class. So if I had to pick one thing that I "like best", it would be that it technically qualifies as a phone service as I'm able to make and receive phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Pretty much every aspect of this phone service is second rate; the mobile app gets a C-; the online admin portal gets a C; it is difficult to manage callflows and voicemails. Desktop app gets an F as it does not make managing any aspect of my experience better. Does not meet any of the things you might expect from a modern, software-first VOIP system. Difficult to use. Oh and then customer service is actually worse than the service itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

None really. They've created more problems for me than they've solved. In the old PBX phone system days, it was so easy to manage heavy call volumes in a office setting with 15+ people. But not with this VOIP system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

Customer Service is good. When you need help you can get someone to help you via phone or chat. Helps a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The software updates need to be more reliable in terms of MSI and how it uninstalls the previous version. It helps when you are using SCCM or PDQ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From the Nextiva app on the PC and phone, it offers the most seamless way to communicate without a need for a landline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

I like having the convenience of a VoIP system for remote work and that there is a capability of having the app on both my desktop and my mobile phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The service is very unreliable. It is not the most intuitive or user-friendly. Often, training others with its capabilities is very cumbersome and confusing. For example, transferring calls can be tricky and takes time to master.

The app often crashes and is not reliable at all. Whenever there is an update, prepare for Nextiva to have lots of issues for a period of time. Customer Service is absolutely awful and unhelpful.

Some of the features are ones we would never use due to our line of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a 100% remote workforce, it solves the issue of having a centralized phone number and allows multiple employees to have access to communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

It never goes down and I love the unlimited texting feature. Call quality is awesome too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I wish I could do is have templates set up so I didn’t have to type the same thing over and over Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
