“What I like most about Nextiva is the ability to read messages directly in the app instead of having to listen to long or drawn-out voicemails. It saves time and makes it easier to prioritize responses. I also appreciate the ability to block robocalls, which helps reduce unnecessary interruptions.”

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

“I wish Nextiva included a ‘block caller’ feature directly on the physical phone, not just within the app. Having that functionality on the device itself would make it quicker and more convenient to stop unwanted calls.”

I do not have any real problems with Nextiva @ the moment seems to be a great setup with the phone app

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

I mostly like the simplicity of the program; it's very easy to use. The texting function is great for when customers can't answer the phone or don't know who is calling because I can text them to notify them of important information, and most people prefer this option, which helps with customer service. Additionally, the texting function allows photos, which is beneficial since most programs don't allow that.

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

The call delays can be delayed, or the notification of the incoming call can be a bit delayed.

**What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nextiva for its great texting feature, which works well when customers can't answer calls. It's easy to use and allows photo sharing, which a lot of programs don't offer that function.

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

Nextiva’s electronic faxing capabilities are simple to use and feel secure for companies of any size. Their customer service is also top-notch, and I would highly recommend Nextiva.

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

There's not much to dislike about Nextiva's electronic faxing service, except for the ability to edit/add new credit card information on their website.  Would recommend adding that ability for customers to ability to make changes without always needing to contact customer service.

**What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduced cost by using less paper and conserving energy because there is no need to purchase extra fax, copier, and or scanning machines.

Helpful tools for admins, and the ability for the entire company to work remotely, are a real plus. It also offers broad compatibility across many devices. Overall, it’s been a pleasure to work with.

Nothing really comes to mind, other than the monthly bill.

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and help manage a small homeopathy clinic. For a while, I used Nextiva to handle clinic calls instead of taking everything on my personal number. Most calls were about appointment timing, basic queries, and follow-ups, so having one place for clinic calls helped bring more order to daily communication.

What I liked most was being able to see missed calls and return them later. During busy clinic hours, I cannot answer every call. With Nextiva, I could check who called and call back when I was free. This helped reduce small gaps in communication and made follow-ups more consistent. Keeping clinic calls separate from personal calls also felt more professional.

Getting started was simple. I did not need much setup to start using basic calling. The app felt easy to use for daily work, and call logs and voicemail were enough for my needs. I did not use advanced features, but the basic calling experience worked fine for a small clinic setup.

On some days, I checked missed calls from another device when I was not at the clinic desk. This flexibility helped me stay connected while moving between clinic work and content tasks. It made daily calling work feel less stressful.

Nextiva helped me keep clinic communication more organized. It made it easier to return missed calls, handle follow-ups on time, and keep clinic calls separate from personal calls in day-to-day work.

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

Nothing big bothered me, but a few small things came up in regular use. At times, finding some settings took a bit of extra clicking, and the app could feel a little slow on weak internet. For a small clinic setup, the pricing also feels on the higher side. These are minor points and don’t affect the main calling work much.

**What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, when I was handling clinic calls on my personal number, it was hard to keep track of missed calls during busy hours. Many calls came in for appointments and basic queries, and sometimes I could not return them on time. This created small gaps in communication.
When I was using Nextiva, it helped bring all clinic calls into one place. I could see missed calls clearly and call people back later when I was free. This made follow-ups more consistent and reduced confusion around who had called and when.
It also helped separate clinic calls from personal calls, which made daily work feel more professional and less mixed up. On some days, I could check call history from another device when I was not at the clinic desk, which helped me stay connected while moving between clinic work and content tasks.
Overall, using Nextiva helped make clinic communication more organized for me at that time. It reduced missed call issues, improved follow-ups, and made daily calling work easier to manage.

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

Its definitely amongst the top 3 VOIP providers. The call quality, minimal downtime/issues, and easy to use interface make it one of the best options for anyone needing a phone system.

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

While it can be recognized as a top VoIP provider, its pricing is on the higher end. Also, we were unable to integrate it with the software we were using at the time to process work orders, which ultimately led us to choose a different solution.

It helped solve communication gaps between our office, customers, and technicians. It provided a reliable and consistent way to stay connected, which made coordinating jobs, responding to custoemrs, and managing day to day operations much smoother and more efficient.

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

I like having access to my work line when I am out of office. It's much safer than giving out my personal number to clients. Plus my job requires that I leave the office during the day quite frequently. The app is fairly easy to use and there are nice settings to control when and how you receive calls. The app provides a much faster way to review voicemails than the line in the office.

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

Sometimes, the app will not catch phone calls. I'm not sure why because the app is still logged in and I don't mess with the settings. Texting is an add-on service which my company does not utilize. We can receive texts but not reply.

**What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nextiva is solving the issue of having to provide your personal line for business without needing a second phone and an unsecure additional line.

Nextiva has been pretty easy to use.  If I need help, it's easy to find.  And I enjoy all the demos and training they offer!

I don't know that i dislike anything so far.  I can say that I do wish that my IT dept had done a better job of explaining the system to me when I first started.

They are offering ways to better serve our many customers. They also suggest ways to minimize our work loads.

I like that I can use it across devices, and it has definitely become WAY more reliable over the years. I also appreciate that my voicemails are emailed to me while still showing up in the phone application, which helps ensure I don’t miss any messages from my clients.

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

Sometimes when I go to text a client, it won't send but it will send it in an "title not available" message thread and says "unable to send". I am able to resend it by copying and pasting so it is a minor inconvenience.

Being able to call my clients and have a work phone number, streamlining business communications to a place separate from my personal communications on my personal devices.

At first, I had trouble understanding how big the company was.  Once you understand that you can contact customer service with a ticket or calling in, things become really easy to manage.  I really like how they try to meet you even outside business hours.  They are so big they can reach you early mornings or evenings, which is amazing.

they are helping my business expand without disrupting service and working with me to integrate initiatives that reduce staff workload and increase customer service.

I use Nextiva for incoming and outgoing calls and appreciate its role in effective communication. What I like most about Nextiva is its ease and reliability. I also enjoy their extensions and call flows, which make our system more professional for clients. The smooth transition was supported by a lot of help from the Nextiva team, which made the initial setup somewhat easy.

I like that Nextiva's software is easy to navigate. We can call and get assistance whenever it's needed, which is really helpful. When we need to set up a ring pattern for a department, they've been very helpful in adding suggestions on what we need and then help us to input it. The initial setup was very easy, and we were supported by a team during the process.

I appreciate Nextiva's voicemail to email notifications and how it allows flexibility to work from home when needed. It has also been helpful in relaying messages to other colleagues. I really like the mobility feature, enabling me to be mobile in most cases and answer calls if needed. It has created an ease in communication between our team and clients.

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

The mobile app could definitely use some updates as there were times it would not ring when out of office or it would ring when sitting by my office phone. Also, some voicemail messages were missed due to hit or miss with emails.

The initial setup and training were pretty easy, and the interface is self-explanatory and painless.

Maybe the way all the messages and voicemails are stored could be organized a little better.

I really can't think of any down sides. Only thing I wish it stayed logged in. Sometimes logs me out and then I don't get my calls.

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

I like the ease of use of the platform, the computer application, and the mobile application. Additionally, the installation process is very quick and simple. I also really like the speed and efficiency with which the support team helps us with any issues.

The only thing I don't like is the Spam call blocking; it recognizes and identifies them but doesn't block them permanently.

**What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my personal case, it helps me that it works very well just with an internet connection, and for me, having a remote job and not being directly in a location, it makes it much easier to communicate immediately with my coworkers, as well as with our clients. I can resolve any assigned task and always stay in communication from anywhere. It allows me to communicate with my suppliers, work team, clients, all within reach, very quickly and easily.

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

I really like that I don't have to download an app to use Nextiva, which makes it easy for me to access it wherever and whenever. I can just go to the website and use it without any additional steps. The ability to make international calls is a big plus too, as it usually comes with extra steps or costs but with Nextiva, I don't have to worry about those. The initial setup was pretty easy, which helped in getting started smoothly.

Nextiva solves delay in communications often seen in emails. I can make international calls without extra steps or costs, and use it without downloading an app, which makes it convenient to access anywhere.

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

I was able to start using their app, within a couple hours after buying their core plan. It's easy to understand and manage, features are simple, basic meetings, calls, voicemails, sms. The onboarding was fast and the agent was very patient. I help with accounting a couple clients, and the service I am paying with Nextiva works perfectly fine for me with both functionality and pricing. I really recommend it even if you are not a tech save person.

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

My husband and I were supposed to go through the additional verification process after sign up. I was a bit frustrating.

**What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nextiva provided me with a new phone number that I was looking for, since I need to separete some of my clients, and it is the easiest way to do it. We can use it all regualr features like calls, voicemails, sms for even better price than our phone plan. As an additional feature I like meetings, since now I can send those links to meet up with partners directs from the app.

Haven't had an issue or downtime yet.  Easy to use.

I have no complaints.  If anything in the 5 years that I have been using Nextiva I haven't had a conversation with anyone.  Couldn't tell you who my account rep is.

No dropped calls.  Voice mail is always there.  System is so easy.

They offer a pretty cool flow option for laying out calls, which makes it easy to set up the right call flow.

My main issue is that some services are treated as add-ons and have to be purchased separately. That may be more on us than on Nextiva.

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

The thing I like the most is their functionality. The specific feature is phone-presence which allows me to see whether team members (even if remote) are available, busy or away. It became easier to  coordinate my team communication operations, even though we are a small team. This feature is really easy to learn, since it's a customer friendly dashboard where you can see all the activity. Meetings and Business sms are also nice, but we are still in the process of having the sms form approved. We are a pretty small business, so there was no need to overcomplicate anything, we were looking for a simple configuration, and we have got it, nice and smooth.

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

We've faced and issue with our CRM integration, so in case you consider working with Nextiva, make sure to ask if you CRM can be implemented. We did have to pay some extra to get it done.

**What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves a problem with our communication tools. Previously calls, texts and meeting were handled on different platforms, which created delays and inefficiencies. Now we have it all included into our contract with Nextiva, it saves us time and money, which are basically two the main reasons we were getting started with them.

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

I really like being able to use my cell phone to make and receive business calls and texts without giving out my personal number. That feature is incredibly convenient

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

The reliability issues have been frustrating. I’ve had ongoing problems with calls going straight to voicemail after one ring that I cannot answer from my phone or computer. I’ve also had dropped calls. While support has been eventually been able to provide a temporarily fix, it returned, and the hassle to fix it is so much, which makes it hard to rely on for consistent communication.

Having a number to use without having to use personal cell number

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

I thank Nextiva for fining a solution that really fits my business. I have my own Farm that I not like a business, but as a part of myself, I've had in for decades. But there always was an issues with our Service, since we live in a rural area, we do have horrible cellular data, so I reached out to a couple of my colleges and they recommended to use Nextiva, and specifically their land lines that can be connected through the wifi. I can't say much about implementation, since one of my younger guys on site was managing it, since he spends more time next to his desktop, but when he explained me how it went, and what we can do now, I was happy that we finally have service like this. We use both nextiva phones and desktop apps, and the different in communication quality is  HUGE. Also in case call is unanswered we do forward it to cell phone, but it rarely happens, and we obviously use simple things we used before, like voicemails, sms, contacts. I really appreciate the support they provided, now I feel less frustrated and can focus on my Farm a lot better.

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

The only thing is that the desktop app takes some time to load on my older desktop, and is not very smooth in use. My team doesn't have these issues though

They solve our key problems like missed calls, and scattered communication across farm operations. After we signed up with Nextiva we felt a huge improvement and relive regarding out communication complexity. Also we are renting the deskphones, our account executive suggested us not to purchase, but test first.  As something new, now we are useing video calls, so when there are some issues on farm, we do a group video call.

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

What I like about Nextiva the most is that they were about to improve my communication with clients, that was my main goal when signing a contract with them. Before switching, I struggled with missed calls and inconsistent voicemail, so the my communication was far from best. It always led to delays in responding to clients during tax season. Now I use their app, so every call, voicemail and message is synced in my phone and work laptop. Also the mobile app was a surprise to me, I did not know that something like this was possible before, but now I can manage my business using my phone, it really makes my small business look a lot more professional, no missed calls - no unhappy customers. We also were able to record my calls, so now I don't have to keep trach of every conversation. To cut in short, now It is much easier to manage inquiries during busy periods without needed any extra staff.

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

The setup process took a little longer than expected, mainly because of some initial configuration issues with routing my calls. I tried to make some changes on my own, but then realized that something went wrong, so the admin page takes some time to lear.

**What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Essentially they eliminated the communication bottlenecks we used to face during peak months. Now all people can reach us directly with my business number or leave a message that our team always get notified about on our devices. To be for last a couple month I haven noticed that we was able to reduce missed or unanswered calls by roughly 30%, It's a significant increase.

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

Through out my life, I have worked in multiple companies, where we have used many different VOIP services, so I am very familiar with what they have to offer. for the last 15 years I have been managing my own Media Marketing company. We mostly work with non-profit businesses, where we obviously do not charge them our full price. One of our main things when selectin our company for numbers was the price. An am am VERY surprised about how flexible and open Nextiva sales were, and besides that that, my sales guy Eric was really welcoming and enthusiastic. Flexibility was very important to us.

The 2nd part of my setup was worked with Onboarding team. What surprised me is that their whole department is working remotely, I spoke with multiple and they made sure that I understand the process. Even when I was stressing about our porting process, they were able to make the process of implementation easy. What I can say is that their Customer Support is on a different level! We use their Application every day, mostly inbound and outbound calls to our partners and calls within our team, we really need basics, but from what I understood down the road is that we have got much more than we asked for, and still paid reasonable price for it. The whole implementation was handled smoothly and professionally. 
Overall Nextiva exceeded our expectations in every way. Now we are getting all the voicemails routed to our emails, if any call is missed we have recorded voice that routs the customer to the person that wanted to reach. And the main is that we can share freshly saved partner's contacts among the team, so we basically use the app as a minimalistic CRM.

Overall the experience was Amazing, but I wish we could have on-site trainings, rather than having everything remotely.

**What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main features we use are: voicemail routing, it allows us to miss less voicemails, and respond to customers faster. Internal Chats that we use to simplify our communication and share notes about Marketing Campaigns we do for our customers. Utilizing 1 number for every employee, it wasn't an issue to us before, but after moving to Nextiva an setting all calls routing to 1 number, I can see how now I can see the whole call history.

I really appreciate how easy it is to use Nextiva compared to other VoIP apps. It makes my life so much simpler when I can count on such straightforward usability. Plus, the customer service is extremely responsive, which is a huge plus. Not to mention, the initial setup was very easy, taking less than an hour to get everything up and running.

I've just started to build out an AI voice agent, and it still needs a lot of work. But it's showing signs of promise.

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

For the past 10 years I have been developing my own Beer brewing company. At some point when we expanded to multiple locations across the California State, we started facing communication issues. 
So our main need was in figuring out something that can help us break this communication barrier and keep all of our calls and chats at the same place, with an ability to keep track of it. 
That's were we found Nextiva. Smooth Process got us up and running within a week or two.

Their whole tech team was impressive, a lot of patience and knowledge there.
They haven't missed any of our needs. All my needs were met. Now I have a great Dashboard where I can see how communication goes in my team. Also we have separate chats for internal communication, and the last but not the least, is their build-in meetings, which are saving us from using Teams meetings. Helpful and responsive support is a good thing for anybody.

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

For the last month we haven't experienced any major issues. Just a couple minor sounds issues with our Paging system, that were caused by manufacturer.

**What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paging system, that is available with Nextiva, is keeping our night manufacturing alive, when we have big orders, so actually improves our earnings. Also all communication platforms are now located under the same app.
And the main thing is that now we have deskphone at each location, so we can reach our team member by clicking on 1 button on this deskphone.

I think the connection can be better improved. Sometimes when the reception is trying to connect calls via Nextiva, the calls do not come through to us or it doesn't ring on our mobile phone. Which leads to us missing calls from people.

Nextiva is easy to setup and change settings for. It does not take up a lot of hard drive space if you happen to be using the app and not their physical device. Support is fast to respond even if they have to move your issue to a higher department.

It does have issues with some headsets. I only came across this issue with a single brand of headset.

I really appreciate the NCC tool's reporting feature and the NCC support team. The reporting tool is a lot more customizable, which I find quite useful. Also, the support team is responsive and solves problems on the first try, which is excellent.

For me, the Nextiva one could be a little bit better. An implementation the IT or the developer could use some improvement. It did have its initial challenges. Again, I think it was more a person issue than a Nextiva issue.

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

The communication was perfect and in a very good time.  I did not have to wait several days to hear back from them, they were perfectly timed.  Customer Support was superb.  Before signing my contract I had a lot of questions still and my rep was quick to respond.  That was really what sold me, the quick responses.  Once I signed the contract, it only took a couple of days to get my desk phone and the ease of setting it up was perfect.  The platform was very user friendly and the integration was no problem whatsoever.  I have not gone through all the features but what I have gone through I am loving.  I am now in the portal all the time and constantly using my Fax service.  I definitely will be considering keeping Nextiva in our Business for a very long time.

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

I do not think that there was nothing I was unhappy with at the moment because everything  was so simple, user friendly and installation was easy.  I guess the only thing I could say is that when I have someone fax me it does not get to my fax and I have to call the person back to re-fax the form and the user portal for the fax is a little complicated but I will get used to it.  But that is about it.

The problems that Nextiva is solving for our company is the ease of a phone system that can be moved with ease and is a lot more reliable than using cell phones.  It gives a professional feel and look.  Nextiva is also incorporating a fax service that is much needed.  I am also going to be using more features that Nextiva offers in the future.  The Number one thing Nextiva offers is everything my business needs in one place.  I really hate having several different companies I have to deal with for problems I may run in to; Nextiva handles it all.  Lastly, Nextiva offers a great support system.

Our experience with NEXTIVA has been exceptional from start to finish. The professionalism displayed by every member of their team, from sales representatives to customer service is something that truly sets them apart in the communications industry.  Our company was fortunate to be assisted by Denys Kordiuk, whose clarity, patience, and depth of knowledge made the entire setup process seamless. Every question was addressed promptly and thoroughly, ensuring we felt confident at each step of implementation.  Having previously used other providers, such as RingCentral, the difference in service quality was immediately evident. With RingCentral, we frequently faced unnecessary complications... including constant passcode changes and extremely difficult customer support access. Reaching their team often felt like scaling a mountain just to speak with an oracle. In contrast, NEXTIVA has been transparent, efficient, and highly responsive from the very beginning.  We also successfully retained our existing business numbers (from what we now call “Ding Central”) - including our local area code and without incurring any additional “premium” fees. The transition was smooth, and the platform has proven reliable and intuitive.  In summary, switching to NEXTIVA has been one of the best operational decisions our company has made. Their VOIP platform is stable, intuitive, and transparent, allowing our team to stay connected without technical headaches.  Additionally, the onboarding process was simple and efficient, saving us valuable time. We retained all our existing business numbers without extra costs, and customer support is now quick, professional, and genuinely helpful. In short, NEXTIVA gives us peace of mind knowing our communication system is dependable in letting us focus on running and growing our business.
