I LOVE the team chats and the ability to message (text) our guests! I also love that the voicemails are transcribed and I can save time by reading the VM. There are several thoughtful faeatures that allow for time saving. The mobile is is super convenient as well. The program is easy to download and begin using. When there is an issue, the Customer Support is good. I LOVE the chat and that they can remote work and and easily fix issues! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the team chats were also mobile. I like that you do offer a smaller view but it loses the chat features, but I think I get that. Smetimes a call will come to 2 lines at one tome and hang up on us and that maybe means that an agent loses a call turn. I have been a Nextiva customer for many years. The service is reliable, user-friendly and well priced - and its customer service is excellent! It has many meatures which make it a one-etop shop (VoIP, Contact Center Software, UCaaS Platforms and Call Center Infrastructure (CCI) Software) and they work seamlessly together. Nextiva's Cloud-based / VoIP phone system is very easy to implement and administer. The Customer Support is top notch. From a large offering of features that you would expect from a VoIP leader to an enormous amount of online knowledgebase articles and videos to great integration with many devices, phones, headsets, OS platforms, Apps, and so on, Nextiva is an obvious choice for a reputable phone system, weather you are small or large, Nextiva can handle it all. I have implemented/worked with Nextiva with two different companies and wouln't think about switching to any other company! Thank you Nextiva for a complete and feature-rich reliable system. Can't really think of anything negative because everything has been positive with Nextiva. If I had to say anything, I would appreciate an invoice that was a little easier to decipher/read and a reduction of fees/taxes but I know there are regulatory and states fees that have to be imposed and are out of Nextiva's hands! I finally switched to a physical phone and I'm not super impressed with how couterintuitive the phone is to operate. The app is the same way. The UI is very aggrevating to use. I've used the windows app for over ten years and have spoken with the design team, to help them make some wonderful changes (i'm a UI and designer myself), but to no avail. As far as VoIP providers go, Nextiva seems to be on the cutting edge. The Contact Center Software is intuitive and to add new users is a breeze. We have employees on the other side of the states and there are no connection issues. Four digit dialing still works if a user takes their phone home for a day or an extended period.
